Ultra Terf, apparently . . .
@MagicPuddingDi @EmmelineWyndham @AmazonUK I have a delivery box beside my front door, amazon delivery left a small package on my doorstep. The package would have fitted through the letterbox on my front door. 2 options and he ignored both. I don’t use Amazon if I can source the product elsewhere, it’s now a last resort.

@AmazonUK placed two urgent orders for packing items over the weekend both were prime and next day delivery which didn’t transpire. Your AI chatbot is bloody useless and despite being promised delivery today they didn’t appear and I can’t speak to anyone about it. Can you please put the human beings back in charge again? Because I will now have to go and buy these items tomorrow from a shop instead as I only have a short window to pack my stuff and will be expecting a refund now. But why advertise items as prime or next day when that’s clearly doesn’t happen?

@AmazonUK @AmazonUK so, despite replying to acknowledge driver's message he was about to deliver my parcel, he then rang bell... left parcel on doorstep (not safe place) and was back in the van before I opened the front door. HONESTLY, JUST DELIVER ACCORDING TO MY DELIVERY NOTES.

@AmazonUK once again I have had to report to customer services that my parcel was not delivered as per instructions. The driver drove off before I opened the door and he left the parcel on door step, not even the safe place. Its not hard. It really isn't.
