@BestBuySupport I ordered final fantasy tactics ivalice chronicles for pre-order and it isn’t ready still. The store closes in 3.5 hours. Seems highly unlikely that they will have it ready today. What’s the point of pre-ordering with Best Buy if they won’t have it ready?

@AskCiti I've called support and spent over 2 hours to get transferred and no help. Do I need to update my AAdvantage number for my Citi/AAdvantage Card? No one know each time I call customer service. Seems like I need to cancel this card and not fly with @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir My account seems to be hacked and performed an unauthorized transfer of points to another account. I called support they confirmed someone bought use those points to buy a flight which has already passed. The only other thing they said to do was call back tomorrow?

@AmericanAir Called them yesterday. They said call back 7am today. Called 7am today. They said call back 8am today... Is this the customer service you expect to deliver to your customers?

@LogitechG Just got G915 and it's trash. Enter key activates on its own and keeps repeating. Contacted support and the solution after waiting for over 30 minutes was just to return it. I was switching from a Razer keyboard but looks like switching to Logitech was a mistake.

@AmericanAir I'm having a horrible experience with how my "delayed" baggage is being handled. My bag has been "Delayed" since 7/31 and it has been a lack of updates and information from everyone I talk to. AA is my primary carrier but looks like I need to reconsider.

@AmericanAir I contacted support yesterday and they told me no one communicated with the other airport to secure and send my luggage to my destination. A claim was opened on 7/31 but no contact was made with the airport until I called yesterday on 8/2. Called today and no updates.

@WestinToronto enjoyed my time in Toronto but my room had some issues with my room. Found some food and toiletries from a previous guest under the couch and a broken zipper in the sheets if my bed. Doesn’t seem like the room was cleaned throughly before my stay :/

@AmazonHelp - Just chatted with support for a package delivered to the wrong address. They ended up closing the chat on me after 50 minutes of being transferred twice and getting no help. Is this what I should expect from Amazon support?
