I really feel like I could blow up $XNO if I had a few million bucks to spare. A couple million on marketing and a couple million buying it up on spot simultaneously. The story would carry it far beyond that because it has the best tech in existence and it has every right to become the Bitcoin replacement.
The only reason I ever became interested in Bitcoin several years ago was because I determined that USD is a ticking timebomb because of inflation and I thought it could be a viable alternative.
I sold it all though after getting irritated at how hard it was to use and losing some of my Bitcoin every time I made a transaction. And then I discovered Nano that addressed all of those issues with the perfect solution. No fees and no wait times. And no debasement from mining. This is a big deal and someone important is going to realize it eventually.

The Trump admin is going to bail out Spirit Airlines with $500 million of your tax dollars but refuse to do anything to lower the cost of health insurance.

By the way, customers rated Spirit Airlines:
poor customer service, uncomfortable, non-reclining seats, and high fees for luggage.
But Spirit gets a $500 million dollar taxpayer funded bailout.

The ceasefire was a complete fiction. While the White House announced one, missiles were still flying across Israel, Iran, and Lebanon. Reality doesn’t match the headline.
The White House was forced to backtrack today because the proposed “10-point deal” from Iran was a disaster that would let them enrich uranium, fund proxies like Hezbollah, maintain leverage over the Strait of Hormuz, and get sanctions relief. Even top allies like Mark Levin and Larry Kudlow are calling it a disaster.
Let’s be honest about how we got here: there was never an imminent threat to the U.S. Now we’re stuck in it, negotiating from a weakened position.

@0x_Templar @calvinfroedge It's metaphorical COVID. COVID Demand Collapsed so Supply had to adjust lower so oil prices sold off. In this case Supply collapsed (-20%) so demand has to collapse or oil prices correct to $250 a barrel if demand doesn't go lower. CBs can't print oil.

I disagree here.
I agree the US will eventually win- and that there will be huge peace dividends to come.
But that doesn’t mean stocks can’t sell off another 15-20% here.
I would husband cash and wait for large sell-offs.
The high quality businesses are trading cheap but they can get cheaper.
There will be a point to go long. It’s not now

Here is the compilation of all my posts regarding the basics of crude, condensates and refined products to help you make sense of how bad the situation is for each product.
1) Crude - The tussle for crude leading to high crude premiums and the mismatch of crude qualities to replace the medium sour crude that Asia sorely needs
2) Condensates - The impact of Qatar LNG outage to the oil and petchem world
3) Naphtha + LPG - The basic building blocks of plastics and the bare necessities of life
4) Mogas - the most politically charged barrel but the easiest to solve in the current crisis
5) Jet fuel - The most stressed barrel because you can only get jet fuel from refineries
6) Diesel - The workhorse of the barrel. You need this fuel in industry, power gen, mining, fishing.
7) Fuel oil - The forgotten, unloved barrel but is now priced higher than crude. This is used predominantly as bunker fuel in many of our ships, so again - no crude for refineries = no bunker fuel produced

What is sad in this post for me is that I know AJAY RAJADHYAKSHA very well. I worked with him while I was in Barclays. He is exceptionally smart and a geniune person.
For him to post something like this... keep buying, ignore the war when stocks are down only 6% from the top and the world is on fire... means there is no one left in Wall Street to trust.
I saved this post and we will revisit it in coming weeks and months.

But Barclays says investors should stay invested. Strategist Ajay Rajadhyaksha argues fundamentals remain stronger than sentiment suggests, pointing to solid U.S. earnings and ongoing investment cycles. Markets appear to expect a short-lived conflict, with bonds and other assets pricing in a temporary inflation shock rather than prolonged disruption. Oil prices have risen, but not dramatically over the long term. Despite volatility, the S&P 500 is still within 6% of its record high, and market stress indicators have eased. Bottom line: uncertainty is high, but Barclays says it’s a “wall of worry” investors should keep climbing.
