3月22日，一名女子称，其丈夫张亮，在北京一家军工企业核探测开发部担任工程师， 去年8月开始，企业因降本增效裁掉了丈夫身边的同事，于是几个人的活同时落在了丈夫一个人身上，导致他每晚10-11点下班是常态，全月仅一天按时下班，就连周末也要居家办公。 去年12月27日周末，丈夫上午还在家办公，中午出门吃饭时突然倒地猝死。 丈夫猝死后，领导还在发消息催促工作进度“明天有时间加班吗？明天12点前改完” 事后协商赔偿时，企业以“保密单位”为由，限制协商人数，还要求家属协商前上交身份证，并且最后公司也不愿配合认定丈夫工伤。
