@AmazonUK your customer service is absolutely appalling why do I pay for prime to be consistently lied to by your team about an order arriving and then having to deal with rude manager. Replacement now won’t arrive till end of January and this is supposed to be acceptable
@AmazonHelp Oh yes I have had an update to say they can’t make any calls from Amazon! 😡 why can a simple request not be followed? I’m told to go back through customer care who I have already said have consistently lied to me and patronised me !

@AmazonHelp your customer service team are certainly not very helpful order was due last Sunday not arrived I have been continuously lied to saying it will arrive next day now can only get replacement at end of jan some Christmas present that will be!

@TUIUK please tell me how many supposed 4 star hotels are this filthy and when I complain I get no help from your rep and you try to fob me off -I ask how I escalate this and fobbed off again!
