@stephenr4747 @FilmLadd @naomirwolf The moon phases are directly related to the moon’s orientation in reference to the Sun. We on earth see the moon in Waning Gibbous. The astronauts see the moon from a different angle. The moon is still lit up the same way, they just have a different perspective.

‘Call me ill-informed, I was an English major, but - what is the light source here?’ I reposted my question. Lots of people are having a good laugh, and you are welcome to, but I am not ashamed to ask very basic questions about fields not my own, of other people online; and I prefer to have human conversations with knowledgeable people rather than ask AI or Google websites as a first resort. I put this question badly in haste I concede but I meant: please explain where the astronauts are in space in relation to this image, where is the sun in relation to this image, where is the earth in relation to this image, what time of day or night it is on earth in relation to this image, and what is the relationship of our day or night on earth to this light on the far side of the moon. Curiosity isn’t always well put and wasn’t in this case but I think it’s always a useful quality.

@naomirwolf I noticed you deleted this and saved it for you ❤️
English

@JesC_Swings @WhiteHouse @NASA Yes, that would be correct, I’m pretty sure the North Pole is on the left side of the Earth in this image if that helps you orient things.
English

@jeeeke2 @WhiteHouse @NASA Thanks. So if I’m looking at this image it would appear the sun is coming in from the top. I guess my question is this Artemis going around the side of the moon since the earth obviously doesn’t rotate on its poles towards the sun it’s hit on the sides and equator.
English

@stephenr4747 @FilmLadd @naomirwolf The moon was in waning gibbous. This photo is from the left side of the moon where you can see half of the far side of the moon and half of the near side. It’s not full far side. See how the right half of the moon image NASA showed matches the left half of the moon as seen here.

English

@FilmLadd @naomirwolf the sun cannot shine both sides of moon at same time. you are wrong.they were capturing the front side which was full of light and then went too dark side. how is it also bright.
English

@CodedUpdate @WhiteHouse @NASAArtemis @NASA You can deduce where the sun is by how the Earth is lit. Or at least you should be able to.
English

@WhiteHouse @NASAArtemis @NASA Where's the Sun? Why can we see the sun from earth but not from space?
English

@JesC_Swings @WhiteHouse @NASA You can tell where the sun is based on the light hitting the earth. Stars won’t appear in photographs unless the exposure settings are set up for it, that would likely wash out the Earth though and you wouldn’t be able to see the blue or clouds.
English

@WhiteHouse @NASA Where’s the sun in this image? Is it behind them? Beside them? Where are the stars? Anything but just these two things existing in this moment seems…I don’t know…odd
English

@Beezywho @misfitpatriot_ Because obviously the Iranian Regime is omniscient of everything within the border of Iran.
English

@misfitpatriot_ Thinking that the country the serviceman was in didn’t know he was there is idiotic. I don’t agree with leaking info but being told an serviceman was in uncharted territory doesn’t put him at risk him being in that position did
English

Anyone claiming this is a first amendment violation can get fucked right now. Handing information to our enemies that can aid them in the capture, potential torture and death of an American serviceman is not free speech, it’s fucking treason.

NEW: President Trump reveals a 'leaker' released vital information about the search and rescue mission for the downed pilot in Iran: "We're looking very hard to find that leaker... [Iran] didn't know there was somebody missing until this leaker gave the information." "We're going to go to the media company that released it, and we're going to say, 'national security, give it up or go to jail.'"
English

@bigbadbirddog @sciencegirl That’s how it works. The only way we feel gravity is by something resisting gravity. When you’re in free fall, you feel weightless. Gravity is still acting on you obviously, but you have no sense of it.
English

@sciencegirl The water still feels the effects of gravity.
The reason is stop spraying out is because it's falling at the same rate as the bottle.
It's not feeling the effects of gravity.... Wtf kind of scientist says that?
English

@WruscelWorld @johnmcchicken3 Bubbles in water would all be going the same direction, they wouldn’t behave anything like what you see here.
English

@brue5w @truthache68 That is fully expected? Why don’t you walk around your house while staying focused on your house and see if you see the same backdrop every time?
English

@truthache68 Here is a good one. They have rotating stars even though they are not on the earth lol. I guess even their AI can’t keep track of the BS

@PatMurray27 @ShalimarCharlie @implausibleblog Gotcha, I usually overlook obvious typos but I understand what you’re saying now.
English

@jeeeke2 @ShalimarCharlie @implausibleblog I know what a goal is. I was wondering what GAOL was an acronym for.
English

@PatMurray27 @ShalimarCharlie @implausibleblog Objective. I want a posterizing slam dunk but the goal is to win the basketball game by making the most shots. If we get regime change, great. If we don’t, the operation isn’t a failure because of it as that wasn’t the goal.
English

@zitoameriki__ Maybe learn to read so that you don’t make more a fool of yourself by not understanding by what I said.

The masses are able to eat under communism... said the low IQ retard who never heard of ration cards. We have the most obese country in the world but yeah, people are starving here under capitalism. LMAO

jeeeke@jeeeke2
@zitoameriki__ @2lonomusic @DefiantLs It is opinion based, you think communism is bad because you think the masses being able to eat is a good thing. That’s your opinion.
English

@zitoameriki__ @2lonomusic @DefiantLs It is opinion based, you think communism is bad because you think the masses being able to eat is a good thing. That’s your opinion.
English

Literally not true at all. Debates are not opinion based, debates are factual and logic based.
Arguing whether communism is bad is easily proven, if you are smart enough to know the facts. If you dont all the negatives and side effects of communism, then you can look stupid against a marxist who would argue the benefits.
English

@jeeeke2 @bengol13 @Th3PwnyExpress @lporiginalg You seem fun.
How would you feel if you hadn’t eaten breakfast?
English

@bengol13 @Th3PwnyExpress @lporiginalg I’m responsible for teaching people on X about logical consistencies in poorly written multiple choice questions. The only logically consistent solution to this question is that either a or d is correct, but not both.
English

@jeeeke2 @Th3PwnyExpress @lporiginalg Man I hope you’re not in charge of anything where people could get injured.
English

@AdamAutomates @lporiginalg The only logically consistent solution is that a or d is correct but not both of them.
English

@lporiginalg It’s a paradox. 25% appears twice, making your odds 50%. But if 50% is correct, there’s only one of it making your odds 25% again. Every answer contradicts itself. No correct answer exists.
GIF
English

@bengol13 @Th3PwnyExpress @lporiginalg They both are 25% sure, but one is an and one is d. One is correct and one is incorrect.
English

@djwl1980 @bengol13 @Th3PwnyExpress @lporiginalg No, I very clearly said either a or d is correct so 25% of the answers are correct.
English

@jeeeke2 @bengol13 @Th3PwnyExpress @lporiginalg So you are saying the 50% of the answers are correct…….
English

@LiuKang__ @The_Aseperiz @DailyLoud Ps1 -> ps2 was 5 years
Ps2 -> ps3 was 6 years
Ps3 -> ps4 was 7 years
Ps4 -> ps5 was 7 years
This year will be 6 years since ps5 release. Not sure where you’re getting the 10-14 yr gap thing.
English

@The_Aseperiz @DailyLoud Before ps3 and 360, consoles released evey 4-6 yrs. Wasnt supposed to be a 10-14 yr gap between consoles but they kept selling
