LESS THAN 24 HOURS LEFT for my international journey and your support team has only created confusion, stress, and misinformation for the last several days.
Different agents keep giving completely conflicting updates with no accountability and no proper handling of the case.
If passengers are unable to board because of MakeMyTrip’s failure to resolve this issue on time, strict legal action will be taken for the losses and inconvenience caused.

Extremely disappointed with @emirates@EmiratesSupport customer support and passenger handling.
The moment a ticket is booked through a third-party agent, Emirates completely steps away from responsibility and keeps repeating “contact your travel agent,” even during urgent international travel situations.
My journey is on 13 May. The Ahmedabad–Mumbai sector was cancelled, and I only requested revalidation/permission to board directly from Mumbai for my Emirates flight.
Instead of helping a stranded passenger, there is no accountability, no ownership, and no real support from the airline side.
Passengers choose Emirates trusting the airline’s service and reputation — not to be abandoned during critical situations simply because the booking was made via an authorized travel partner.
International travelers deserve support, coordination, and timely action — not endless redirection between airline and travel agent.

Booked Ahmedabad → Mumbai → Dubai → JFK under a SINGLE PNR with SpiceJet + Emirates.
Only the SpiceJet Ahmedabad–Mumbai sector got cancelled.
I already agreed to travel directly from Mumbai. I only need a simple ticket reissuance removing the cancelled domestic leg while keeping my Emirates international flights active.
My departure is on 13 May, but your support team keeps giving conflicting information and no proper resolution. This delay can cause denied boarding for an international journey under the same PNR.
This is extremely stressful and unacceptable customer service for an international traveler.
Please urgently escalate this to the ticketing/reissuance team and issue updated confirmed tickets immediately.
