LESS THAN 24 HOURS LEFT for my international journey and your support team has only created confusion, stress, and misinformation for the last several days. Different agents keep giving completely conflicting updates with no accountability and no proper handling of the case. If passengers are unable to board because of MakeMyTrip’s failure to resolve this issue on time, strict legal action will be taken for the losses and inconvenience caused. @makemytripcare @makemytrip Different support executives are giving completely different information on the same booking. 9 May: airline approval received & reissue in 24–48 hrs. 11 May: “checking with airline again.” Another agent says a new request was raised today. Your own team already confirmed revalidation so I can board from Mumbai after SpiceJet cancellation. My Emirates international flight is on 13 May and time is running out. Extremely disappointed with @emirates @EmiratesSupport customer support and passenger handling. The moment a ticket is booked through a third-party agent, Emirates completely steps away from responsibility and keeps repeating “contact your travel agent,” even during urgent international travel situations. My journey is on 13 May. The Ahmedabad–Mumbai sector was cancelled, and I only requested revalidation/permission to board directly from Mumbai for my Emirates flight. Instead of helping a stranded passenger, there is no accountability, no ownership, and no real support from the airline side. Passengers choose Emirates trusting the airline’s service and reputation — not to be abandoned during critical situations simply because the booking was made via an authorized travel partner. International travelers deserve support, coordination, and timely action — not endless redirection between airline and travel agent.

Urgent support needed from @makemytripcare @makemytrip . My Ahmedabad → Mumbai flight is cancelled, but my Mumbai → Dubai → JFK Emirates flights are active on 13 May, 4 PM. Airline confirmed travel agent can easily reissue ticket by removing domestic sector. Only 2 days left. If my parents are unable to travel because this simple reissue is not done on time, we will be forced to take this matter to consumer court. Very disappointed with @emirates customer support. Yes, the booking was made through @makemytripcare , but passengers booked Emirates flights — not the travel agent’s own flights. Due to SpiceJet cancellation, only the Ahmedabad → Mumbai sector was affected. I already agreed to travel directly from Mumbai at my own expense. I am not asking Emirates for compensation or rerouting. I contacted Emirates multiple times for guidance and support because the travel agent is not responding properly and every agent is giving different information. But Emirates support simply keeps saying “contact your travel agent” and refuses to assist further. As an international airline operating under a single PNR journey, there should be some responsibility to help passengers during urgent travel disruptions — especially when departure is within 3 days. Passengers are left stressed without proper guidance while trying to protect their international journey. Requesting Emirates to please coordinate internally or escalate this matter instead of leaving passengers helpless between airline and travel agent.

My flight is on 13 May and the @makemytrip @makemytripcare is still not providing proper resolution. Passengers should not be left helpless between the airline and the agent during urgent international travel as 3 days left. @EmiratesSupport @emirates . This also impacts the airline’s customer experience and reputation. As an airline, you authorize travel agents to book tickets on your behalf, so there should also be some responsibility to help customers when agents fail to provide proper support.

Worst experience with @makemytripcare . Booked Ahmedabad → Mumbai → Dubai → JFK under a SINGLE PNR with SpiceJet + Emirates. Only the SpiceJet Ahmedabad–Mumbai sector got cancelled. I already agreed to travel directly from Mumbai. I only need a simple ticket reissuance removing the cancelled domestic leg while keeping my Emirates international flights active. My departure is on 13 May, but your support team keeps giving conflicting information and no proper resolution. This delay can cause denied boarding for an international journey under the same PNR. This is extremely stressful and unacceptable customer service for an international traveler. Please urgently escalate this to the ticketing/reissuance team and issue updated confirmed tickets immediately.

Hi Sagar, I have shared my booking ID and contact details via DM. Please note that I am NOT flexible to change my travel dates. This is a scheduled international family journey for next week. Our strong preference is for MakeMyTrip to immediately arrange an alternative flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai so we can continue the remaining Emirates journey as originally booked under the same PNR. If that is not possible, then kindly provide official approval to directly board from Mumbai. Also, Emirates support informed us that they have still not received any approval/modification request from MakeMyTrip. This issue has already been pending for more than 48 hours despite being promised a callback within 2 hours. Kindly treat this matter urgently and provide a confirmed solution at the earliest.

Extremely disappointed with @makemytrip support for our upcoming round-trip international journey booked under a SINGLE PNR. Outbound: AHM → BOM → Dubai → JFK Inbound: JFK → Dubai → AHM The first flight AHM → BOM operated by @flyspicejet got cancelled, while all remaining @emirates flights are still active. Issues: -No alternate flight arranged from Ahmedabad to Mumbai -MMT blames airline -Airline says only MMT can modify booking -Promised callback within 2 hours but it’s been 48+ HOURS with NO response @makemytrip says waiting for @emirates approval, but airline says they never received any approval request from @makemytrip . We are NOT asking to change our travel dates. We only need: -An alternative flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai, OR -Permission to directly board from Mumbai for the remaining Emirates journey. This is an international family journey scheduled next week and passengers are left completely helpless.
