Sold my property mid-September and contacted @NB_Power to let them know of the sale. Representative confirmed they acknowledged and advised the new owner had set up an account, yet I’ve received two bills since, that I am told I need to pay because it was MY responsibility…

I had the same issue when I spoke to the dealership and asked how it would work if I had to go through insurance. “Book an appointment for the repair. Pay out of pocket and then contact insurance.” Well that’s great advice… get paid and let the customer deal with it.

@manidhamrait @MercedesBenz @MercedesBenzCDN Are you kidding me!? The same thing happened to my Mom's C43 and we paid out of pocket! The dealership wouldn't even let my insurance company come and appraise the vehicle at their dealership. If this is a manufacturers defect I'm going to be pissed. Might need a Class action.

@MercedesBenzCDN Well. That’s great. I do have concerns. My sunroof exploded. I have to pay to diagnosis it. The dealership is going to tell me they don’t know what caused it. Then they will give me an invoice to fix it. @MercedesBenz
