ADULT HUMAN FEMALE
@minermay2
The truth never harmed anyone. What harms us is to persist in self-deceit and ignorance." — Marcus Aurelius

This is the @SecheltBC principal who reported Lara Yates’ family to the Ministry of Children and Family Development—which interviewed her two children still living at home after she jeered a land acknowledgement before a school play.

On February 12, 2026, Media Bezirgan launched Operation Piano, an international investigation into a network of Nigerian medical graduates suspected of fraud who used South Africa as a transit point to gain access to North America, particularly Alberta and Saskatchewan. After 2 months of researching, surveilling, and conducting comprehensive background checks through international partners, we have found evidence indicating fraud, misrepresentation, and corruption. As part of the investigation, I went undercover in South Africa, visiting relevant public institutions in pursuit of the truth, conducting covertly recorded interviews in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria with authorities, and recruiting willing sources. Now that the investigation is complete, and the evidence has been collected, I am comfortable with announcing that we will publish our findings, and the heartbreaking story that led to our pursuit for clarity, soon. Operation Piano was funded by Albertan families who suffered unimaginable pain at the hands of fraudulent foreign medical graduates who want to raise awareness, seek accountability, and prevent future harm.

EXCLUSIVE: RCMP Probe Found Alberta Prosecutors Relied on Foreign Doctor with Falsified Experience Alberta Crown prosecutors have been relying on a forensic pathologist with a heavily falsified CV, according to findings from an official RCMP investigation that are now coming to light through a disclosure package. David Stephan, wrongfully convicted in 2016 of failing to provide the necessaries of life to his son Ezekiel, says the pathologist’s testimony was central: “I was wrongfully convicted and went to jail when I shouldn’t have gone to jail because of this Nigerian pathologist who may not even be a doctor.” Adeagbo, the Crown’s star witness, claimed Ezekiel died from treatable bacterial meningitis rather than any failure by emergency responders. Stephan’s conviction was later overturned. Now revealed in the disclosure provided to Stephan: RCMP found major “inaccuracies” in Adeagbo’s CV. He claimed employment at U.S. facilities including Fox Chase Medical Center, Salvation Army, Warren E. Smith Health Center, and Progressions Health System — but RCMP could not confirm any of it; his name appeared in none of their HR databases. Despite this, Alberta Crown Prosecution Service ruled the falsified CV did not meet the threshold for perjury and recommended no charges. Stephan says: “Alberta Justice needs to be vetting their expert witnesses a lot more.” He calls it “an absolute miscarriage of justice” that cost his family “over a million dollars, 10 years of their lives,” and demands every case Adeagbo touched be reinvestigated: “There may be people in jail right now who aren’t supposed to be in jail because of him.” If Alberta Crown prosecutors relied on Adeagbo’s credentials in criminal proceedings, should Albertans be expected to trust the same prosecution service to determine whether that reliance caused miscarriages of justice?
