@mbertulli fwiw to folks curious about this: the way we structure this question at Pela is 1) clearly define the problem / opportunity, 2) identify the desired outcome (size the problem, scope the opportunity), 3) provide suggested next actions to reach desired outcome

People who say "DTC is now dead" have never really built a brand before. They were really good at arbitrating an ad platform and knowing how to get customers to convert with mediocre ads and websites. DTC is not "dead" at all. In fact, it's just getting started.
