@AmazonHelp no response? Obviously less transparency, so that your customers are not educated, is always in your best interest. But it hurts the experience for us and makes me seek out other competitors. You had a good system. You changed it at the sacrifice of the customer.

@AmazonHelp Why doesn’t the Subscribe & Save “review your upcoming delivery” email show the price of previous orders anymore? I appreciated the transparency before, and was a great way to make sure wasn’t fulfilled from a high price 3rd party. Do you have something to hide now?

@PruHelp @Prudential The fact that you have locked me out of my account for months now and I cannot get support is ridiculous customer service. When I call no one can help, and I get passed to an email support system that does not respond anymore.

@PruHelp Your system thinks my phone number is invalid & will therefore not send me a two factor code. It’s a valid phone number and the system does not offer me another way to send a code to get in. I have been locked out for months and cannot log in and support won’t respond.

@PruHelp They admit there is an issue in their system that has locked me out of my account for months. But they are offering me no help. I have been a paying customer for YEARS and you think it’s acceptable to just ignore your paying customers. I cannot log in to my account!

@LinkedInHelp Already did that. Hence why I mentioned in my first contact that everything was set so that my email is not visible. Yet people are still getting it from LinkedIn even thought I have it turned off.

@LinkedInHelp Thank you for the feedback. It is suspicious because I use an email address only for LinkedIn… so they only way they could get the address would be from LinkedIn.

@IndyJustin Justin, this was a good mask day usually I’m in fog world. I have a separate mask with a metal clip around the top of the nose to reduce the fog effect.

@SonosSupport I’ve also tried disabling the WiFi on the SYMFONISK and using Ethernet only. Still not working. Everything else works fine.

@AppleSupport This is only an issue on text messages. iMessages come through fine to all phones and can reply without an issue. I’ve always used text message forwarding in the past so I didn’t have to carry two phones.

@IndyJustin We’d be happy to help you find a solution! It sounds like this message will appear whenever you try to message someone, is that right? Are you using a Dual SIM or eSIM with your new iPhone SE?
Does this happen when sending both SMS and iMessages?
