I’m seeing a clear shift in the DePIN space. I see many projects struggling and beginning to fade because their business models didn’t work out; thus, they are not able to reach a point of sustainable revenue. At the same time, the number of project launches has decreased, while existing ones are starting to mature and prove their value. What stands out to me are DePIN projects with recurring revenue, transparency, and/or the potential to play a role in Physical AI. A lot of these teams look like they’re pushing ahead for the right reasons. They ship regularly, keep communication clear and consistent, and bring tangible progress to the table instead of empty promises. First it was salad. Now it’s arcade machines and recycling stations. Two new tokenized real-world asset offerings just went live on @peaq via @DualMintRWA: – “The Claw” (arcade machines in malls) – “Reloop” (reverse vending / recycling infrastructure) In simple terms: you buy one (or more) NFTs representing these assets and receive a share of the monthly revenue they generate. Both are structured as income-generating RWAs, with ~20% projected annual returns. The assets are currently in their initial deployment phase and entering their first cashflow cycle — with yield distribution starting once operations are live. Interesting to see how diverse the RWA layer on peaq is becoming — from entertainment to sustainability use cases. The arcade machines feel a bit niche to me, but the idea of indirectly investing in recycling infrastructure is something I can definitely see the appeal in.
