I paid for priority security and it wasn’t worth it, the staff at JFK merged the priority and general lines together and the wait became longer. I need a refund @JetBlue

Damn. Even if you have a death in the family, @JetBlue won't work with you on canceling your flight for any sort of credit without charging you a $100 fee. Never again do I book with you.

@JetBlue A rep told me that it was a error on the website that mis-advertised the cost as being 1/2 off. This was not about a "change" until purchase. Please let me know about how to file a formal complaint- I sent an email to dearjetblue@jetblue.com, but it bounced back twice...

@JetBlue I transferred Chase points to book a flight on your website. After transfer, I was denied the advertised price, told to call Icelandair, and offered no compensation. I have screenshots of the advertised pricing. This is false advertising. How do you plan to resolve this?

I've never heard of JetBlue until today. I haven't seen a screen in the back of the chairs since I was on a double decker flight to Beijing back in 2008. So this was a nice surprise!

@JetBlue My recent flight was very nice. I had a cold and a person behind me was very rude about sitting near me. The flight attendant was so understanding with both the unhappy passenger and me. He was moved and I was taken care of. Good job Jet Blue.

@qatarairways @JetBlue 4 no of our luggages getting missed between the two airlines at New York Airport JFK during a transfer to Pittsburgh and it’s been 1 day & no news is terrible. Luggage tag nos : 0157250581, 0157250535,0157250536 & 0157250529. This is just not acceptable.

Atrocious hectoring flight attendant on the @JetBlue flight #7 to London from JFK. She was fine with me (or I'd have bitten her head off) but she was incredibly rude to another passenger near me. I've flown this airline since 2003 and loved it once upon a time. The people who work for it now are substandard, their Slapdash and often contumelious service masquerading as "cool." I'm going to phase out of flying with JetBlue once I've exhausted my stupid miles. Bad airline. Sad airline.
