Who thinks this lorry driver was a bit distracted, where he mounted the kerb as I was passing? Front and rear view. And then he toots at me like it's my fault. I'm thinking mobile phone. It was a lot closer than it looks in the video.

This guy here is doing a food delivery on his electric unicycle.
Traffic was backed up so he is in the bicycle lane and is even wearing a high visibility safety vest. The car is turning left and runs into him.
Who do you think is at fault? The unicycle guy or the driver of the car?
