Elektra is a Dutch independent artist, musician, poet, filmmaker, and writer of Estonian origin, celebrated for her genre-defying work in experimental pop, classical, electronic, and avant-garde music. She has been active since around 2004 and is signed to Blowpipe Records. A professionally trained pianist, vocalist, and dancer, she employs a multidisciplinary approach, weaving themes of dreams, internal vs. external worlds, duality (e.g., light and dark, love and hatred), mythology, and emotional intensity to evoke profound emotions. Unless otherwise specified, she writes, records, produces, creates music videos, and illustrates her work, maintaining complete artistic control. Elektra’s music fuses poetic lyricism with experimental soundscapes, enriched by her skills as a trained pianist and vocalist, with performances likely incorporating her dance background for a dynamic visual element. Her releases are typically limited-edition vinyls, CDs, or digital downloads. ElektraOfficial.com x.com/i/grok/share/1…

Up to this day the progression of insults from men who want to control you, but can’t: 1/ “She’s unstable!” 2/ “She’s insane!” 3/ “Wh-ōre!” “Sl-ūt!” So, no. Sadly, not much has changed. And REAL MEN should straighten these toxic men out! Starting with protecting women and girls from them in the first place…

They didn’t just destroy Frances Farmer’s career—they tried to erase who she was... In 1930s, she had everything Hollywood claimed to admire: intelligence, striking beauty, and undeniable talent. Her performance in *Come and Get It* made her a star. But Frances wasn’t interested in playing the game. She challenged authority, rejected studio control, and spoke openly about politics and injustice—things that made powerful men deeply uncomfortable. So the narrative around her began to shift. She was labeled “difficult.” Then “unstable.” Then something far more dangerous: “mad.” Arrests followed. Public scandals. And then came the institutions. Frances was committed against her will—subjected to harsh treatments that, at the time, were considered medicine but often felt more like punishment. Electroshock therapy. Isolation. Control. Whether every story told about her time inside is true or not, one thing is undeniable: she lost years of her life, her career, and her voice to a system that had decided she was easier to silence than to understand. And when she finally returned—older, quieter, hosting television instead of headlining films—Hollywood treated her not as a survivor, but as a cautionary tale. But here’s what lingers. Frances Farmer wasn’t destroyed because she lacked talent. She was pushed aside because she refused to shrink herself to fit what was expected of her. In an era that demanded women be agreeable, grateful, and silent, she was none of those things. Her story forces a question that still cuts deep today: how often has “difficult” just meant a woman who wouldn’t obey? © Women In World History #drthehistories

When we adopted two former strays a whole new world opened up, namely the awareness of the global crisis of the amount of homeless dogs. I was baffled. With all of my knowledge on so many matters I simply had no idea. Perhaps that is so because these dogs are being redirected to the fringes of society, where they are kept out of sight, out of heart? First of all: deep respect to all the people who give so much of their time to better the situation, be it shelters or clinics or non-profit adoption agencies. And deep gratitude to those who take these amazing dogs into their homes and make them into family members, and to those who cannot do such a thing, yet still make a difference by donating and raising of awareness on the subject; or feeding, sheltering them. There's an observation I'd like to share: I actually think that the crisis of homeless dogs is nothing less than a crisis of the heart on a global scale... Dogs are all about unconditional love. Heart energy. They live in the moment. They love no matter what happened. They are... nothing short of amazing. I also think that every homeless dog has an owner. But because the heart is closed, and the fear of love hence big, the whisper of the inner voice directing the person towards the critter is too faint for perception, even when they finally meet face to face. Our own story of how we found our loves, and quite unexpectedly so, inspires my above observations (and I might perhaps share it one day). What if the heart energy would flow unobstructed and unshielded, will we solve more global problems faster than we think possible? Stray dogs are a gift to us in these times. And the crisis of the homeless ones is becoming so big, it seems to finally become too big to exile it to the outskirts. So if you can make any difference to these amazing beings, please do. Your heart will thank you, big time. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Image (c) Anna Sasina, taken in a shelter housing former stray dogs.

Few of the many amazing dogs still stuck in a shelter with 1000+ dogs, looking to be adopted by their forever family. They only get one walk a week… We adopted two dogs from this shelter, and financially fostered many (which means they are moved from a crowded pen into the warmth of a foster home, until they are adopted). Please contact me - I will connect you with this shelter’s volunteers. They have successfully matched dogs with families all over the world.

'WELCOME HOME, DAD' 🥹❤️ Katey Wiseman, daughter of Artemis II commander Reid Wiseman, penned a heartfelt post on Instagram to celebrate her father's historic achievement and safe return from the moon. "Watching the Artemis II rocket lift off the pad was a feeling I will never be able to describe to a single soul on this planet. Watching my own Dad risking it all for the benefit of humanity was such a beautiful yet achingly painful," she wrote in her post. Katey also expressed her immense emotions of having a lunar crater named after her late mother, Carroll. "To have a crater named after my mother was completely unreal. She was the funniest, most kind, and beautiful mom on this Earth and will now not just be part of history, but etched into the moon itself for all of eternity. To look up at the sky every night and see her is the most beautiful thing I have ever been given," she said. (Instagram/Katey Wiseman)

The best number is 73. 73 is the 21st prime number. Its mirror (37) is the 12th and its mirror (21) is the product of multiplying 7 and 3. In binary, 73 is a palindrome, 1001001 which backwards is 1001001

Grok says, this is a story from 2018, and he’s moved to AI: Jackson Oswalt (born around 2005, so roughly 20–21 years old as of 2026) has shifted his focus from nuclear fusion experiments to AI hardware and physical computing interfaces. He currently works at Midjourney (the AI image generation company), where he develops new hardware for research and consumer electronics, including physical computing interfaces and contextual computing projects.5 He attended the University of Southern California (USC) but has been on leave or taking a non-traditional path while working in the industry—he has commented on X about the value of the college experience while also pursuing hands-on opportunities early.2 His personal website (jacksonoswalt.com) confirms this trajectory: after the 2018 fusor project (which earned him the Guinness World Record as the youngest to achieve nuclear fusion), he explored startups in hardware/AI before joining Midjourney in 2024–2026. He maintains an active X account (@JacksonOswalt), where he occasionally shares thoughts on tech, design, and life. In short, the former “nuclear kid” from Memphis is now a young hardware innovator in the San Francisco Bay Area, applying the same self-taught engineering drive to cutting-edge AI tools rather than fusion reactors. No public updates suggest he’s still actively building fusors; his energy has clearly moved into the AI space. @xai Steal him? 🤪

A 12-year-old prodigy has made headlines after achieving nuclear fusion in his own playroom, a feat once thought to be far beyond the reach of young minds. Using homemade equipment and a deep passion for science, he successfully replicated the complex process of fusing atomic nuclei to release energy—something that takes advanced knowledge and high-tech facilities. His achievement caught the attention of authorities, and soon after, the FBI paid him a surprise visit. While the young scientist was praised for his incredible talent, the FBI's interest raised questions about safety, regulations, and the potential risks involved in attempting such a powerful experiment at home. The incident underscores the complex balance between fostering innovation and ensuring that scientific endeavors are conducted safely and within legal boundaries. This story highlights the growing trend of young innovators and the possibilities of at-home science experiments, but it also reminds us that not all scientific pursuits are without risk. While the boy’s success in nuclear fusion is remarkable, the situation underscores the importance of oversight and proper safety protocols when dealing with potentially hazardous technologies. Despite the surprise visit, the young scientist’s achievement serves as an inspiration to young minds worldwide, showing what curiosity, creativity, and determination can accomplish.

Having fresh fruit and vegetables on the Space Station is a rare treat. Space food requires a long shelf life so we only receive fresh fruits or vegetables during a new crew arrival or a resupply mission. Having a tangible reminder of life on Earth is a morale booster and a welcome addition to a somewhat repetitive menu. But for future astronauts on deep space missions this luxury simply won't exist. That's why space agencies are investing in plant growth systems and sustainable food solutions that can help support astronauts on future missions.
