@Rusty_Sandbag Hi, we don't expect individuals with vision loss to ride. The braille decals are to help those identify the device & contact support if it is a hazard, like in cases when they block a walkway. It's part of our commitment to share spaces-inclusive to all members of the community.

@BCAA The public deserves an explanation, not a single blind or visually impaired individual has any reason to operate these. Brail is not necessary and is strongly frowned upon when used for no good reason. 😡

What do you do when @FedEx holds your parcel hostage? Driver is refusing delivery, does not ring the doorbell, then texts stating they'll deliver "tomorrow" then repeats the same process for 5 consecutive days... Who can I legally report this to?
