I still haven't got any call from the railway station regarding my parcel. I was told the previous time that it will be loaded onto the train 12790 on Wednesday, still haven't received any communication from either of the station. @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia plz help into it

2/2 Secondly, I have not been given any PRR number so that I can track my shipment, neither is the 139 number responding when I want it to connect it to the representative. @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia plz look into the issue, and ask them to give an update about the parcel

@RailwaySeva @KonkanRailway @drmhyb Sir I tried calling 139 multiple times, but whenever I chose the option for speaking to the representative, the call gets cut.

1/2 Recently I had booked a parcel through IRCTC Parcel services from Udupi to Kacheguda. At 1st I had to ₹1146 instead of ₹726,which was the actual bill charged by IRCTC, in the name of ₹420 extra for getting the parcel loaded in the train on Udupi junction @RailMinIndia

Recently went to @mcdonaldsindia manipal Canara mall store and ordrd for the sncks combo nd got rotten chcken leg piece which was smelling. When tried giving feedback on the McDonald's site,it was feedback already given. @mcdonaldsindia look into it. Invoice id:- 003060200015883

Everytime I post about the issue related to my order, the @amazonIN ask me to share my details through a link, amd say that they will contact me in 6-12hrs, they haven't contacted, nor given any solutions. Will you @amazonIN provide my refund or not???

Ordered from @amazonIN,got wrong product, got it replaced 1st, then the replaced product was also defective, called for its replacement, bt then thy said it will be returned, now thy have picked up the replacement prdct, but not issuing the refund.Refund back the money @amazonIN

Recently ordrd for Hilton 3kg washing machine from @amazonIN ,product I received, stopped wrkng after 2d, then ordrd for its replacement, and the product which I received in replacement was not only a diffrnt one, and defective too. The @amazonIN isn't helping. @BandBajaateRaho
