@cecegkh Big lad can’t fight for shit. All gym show. A fighter a third of his vanity / size would have knocked that gym bunny out. Door knocker had more balls than the pair of pricks filming.

When you step on someone else’s property and begin verbally attacking them and then threaten the man’s son, I think you can expect to have your butt handed to you. Yes, I know the man’s son didn’t help deter the situation. Who even goes to pick a fight when they don’t know how to fight? Who was right in this situation or were they both in the wrong?

Well since the designer of Volkswagen, a Nazi and assigned by Hitler to make a car for the people (meaning of Volkswagen) was Ferdinand Porsche, I would not be surprised. And after a bit over research found this Volkswagen logo that was used from 1937-1939, and yes the swastika was intentional, I can almost say for certain this is not a coincidence. I did not know that.

@SteveVanquish @Homer_EFG @Andrew_Frankel A bender of physics no less! Our appreciation and comprehension of the applied sciences is a mere coincidental approximation of this individuals current mastery of it - just happens its aligned at this time. I’m surprised they drive so slowly, so as to see such frivolous geometry

Poor old family retainer has had two of these in 24 hours. Both potholes that could not be seen until it was too late. Absolute joke.

An electric car battery costs about 50% of the vehicle's value. So a £40,000 car has a £20,000 battery. After just a few years the battery is worthless, and so is the vehicle. It's not worth replacing it. That's why electric cars are not selling. Fact.

The buyer of the Discovery didn’t like the gloss black wheels, so they’ve been done in the other factory finish of grey/diamond cut. Which do you prefer?

@crepycidon @TomBlackmore90 Me. And none of the other things apply. There’s an anti black wheel sentiment currently, but my everyday cars don’t get the attention I’d like, rather I’d prefer to keep my Porsches clean & let the outside cars be. I also think they look great. It doesn’t make me a bad person.

@TomBlackmore90 Unless you’re orange and like to sit in the hot tub at David Lloyd in an oversized gold chain and park across disabled bays, who would choose the triple black look?

This is a masterclass in surviving chaos. When a pit bull charges, most panic. Not this guy! He stays ice-cold, turns a device into a shield, controls the space, and neutralizes the dog. Staying this calm under pressure? That’s next-level survival. Take notes.

@FrankBr05713205 In the UK, the snap on franchisee has a number at the top right of your profile on his screen, showing what you’ve spent in total. I saw it once and never looked again. I’d only used him for a couple of years, but those years saw us setting up a couple of boxes. 💸

For those of you that have never worked as a professional automotive technician, you may not know that a technician's set of tools and toolbox cost a lot more than your new luxury car. The shop does not supply a technician's tools. Technicians have to purchase them with their own money, and they continue to have to purchase more tools as technology keeps changing.

Just drove past this on the A13 - winching a vehicle 10 feet down the bank with the police in attendance. This is a 3.5T slidebed with a payload of less than 1T - and also should not be used to winch like that. Farcical and dangerous.

@HazelAppleyard I asked my husband what he'd do if he were ever in that situation and he pointed out that a man in the ladies room is going to cause much more heartburn (rightfully) than little girl in the men's. The right choice is probably to take her into the men's.

Engineering degree, chartership, a fellowship even, but alas, my time in education, further & higher & all of my professional learning, development, awards & patents etc , haven’t generated the requisite skills to find out what I’m paying for my @HastingsDirect insurance policy.

@ReaRepairs I’ve a big screwdriver. I use it as a back scratcher mostly, because I felt bad about using it as a brake pad spreader, so I bought a brake pad spreader.

I bought this big screwdriver as an apprentice in 1985 for doing Scammell and Leyland 8 legger shackle pins. It's as useful now as it was then, but I'm glad I don't have to do those anymore! 😄

@sharrond62 No, we're not going to "buy it all in". We're not going to pay expensive global market prices and leaveourselves vulnerable to price hikes. We're going to generate our own energy from sun and wind and store it in batteries. So is China by the way.

It’s virtue signalling on a grand scale. Close everything in the Uk, buy it all in from China or India, pretend we don’t emit any carbons … it’s a lie, a magic trip of hypocrisy & corruption as individuals make a fortune out of net zero forced upon us.
