I’m not arguing what he should be tried as or the crime, I’m saying that he was 17 when he did it, and Colin is calling for the death penalty, that is Colin calling for a child(17) to be executed, you can not like that children are under 18, but sadly in America you are considered a child until you turn 18

NEW: San Jose teen charged with murder after he allegedly r*ped and strangled a 2-year-old baby with a hair tie in the foster home they lived in. Baby Jaxon Juarez's mother sadly died last July due to kidney and liver failure. Jaxon was placed into foster care with his aunt following his mother's passing. Jaxon was later placed with a foster family, whom the aunt claims she had concerns with because the foster mother had a prior conviction for felony child endangerment. Police found Jaxon unresponsive in his crib at the foster home with "several suspicious traumatic injuries." 3 days later, the police arrested the 17-year-old child of the foster mother. The teen is reportedly Jaxon's cousin. "In addition to murder, prosecutors also charged the suspect with nine new felony charges, including child ass*ult causing death and assault with a hair tie," said the DA’s Office. "Multiple counts of s*xual assault – including forced s*domy – have already been filed against the suspect." "Evidence showed that the child … had been repeatedly assaulted, s*xually and physically, since he was placed in the foster family home in February." Absolutely horrific. Death penalty.

@RepNancyMace And they already don't. You just want to make it harder for actual citizens to vote.

Try going to another country and voting in their elections. You can't. So why would we let non-citizens vote in ours? The answer is simple: we shouldn't.

How can all these other VA counties be reporting over 60% votes in, with some over 95%, yet Fairfax County currently has 0% reporting?! Holding back votes should be illegal. Total garbage.

NBC News just changed "call" on Virginia redistricting from "too early to call" to "too close to call." All coming down to Fairfax. If Fairfax votes like the rest of NoVa, would expect Yes to win narrowly.

George Washington believed that vaccinating his troops against smallpox was the key to winning the Revolutionary War and our independence. A founding father from 250 years ago had a better understanding of science and military readiness than Pete Hegseth.

Breaking news: The military will no longer require U.S. troops to receive the annual flu vaccine, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said, rolling back what he described as “overreaching mandates that only weaken our war-fighting capabilities.” wapo.st/4dZY8UL

A “plastic-free diet” cut endocrine-disrupting chemicals in the body by up to 60% in just 1 week. Participants in a recent study switched to low-plastic food, plastic-free kitchenware, and screened personal care products for 7 days. Urinary BPA fell by 59%, and phthalates fell by up to 54%. Even switching personal care products alone significantly lowered MnBP, another phthalate, by 35%. These chemicals have been linked to male and female reproductive problems, altered neurodevelopment in children, and even insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease. The takeaway here is that exposure to plastic is not fixed or unavoidable. Reducing highly processed foods, canned foods, plastic packaging, and plastic contact during food prep and storage, as well as personal hygiene products that contain phthalates, can rapidly lower your internal burden of these chemicals.
