@XfinitySupport We have been calling for the last 5 days about a safety concern with a cable wire down on our property. We have small children and this poses a hazard. We also have spotty internet and have tried speaking with multiple representatives and supervisors to get help. No one will come out and fix this issue. I will be filing a FCC complaint and legal action if I dont get a technician out her today.

@XfinitySupport My connection to Xfinity is in my neighbor's yard next to his driveway. He keeps hitting the box and finally took me offline for days. What will it take to get the connection underground? This is the second box in just over a year. It will happen again.

@XfinitySupport you guys are so corrupt, your internet is awful but the app acts like it’s good..says I’m getting 600 out of 500 mb plan yet I can’t even stream a video in HD!!!! Nearly impossible to contact any support!! Fuck xfinity!

This is so annoying @Xfinity on the stream app on my firestick this won’t go away while I’m trying to watch the news. Defeats the purpose! Having to watch from my phone and it doesn’t happen. How am I supposed to try to be safe when this happens on your fire stick app
