The Washington State government (state and county) are working to PUSH OUT EVERYONE FROM THEIR HOMES by ever-increasing property taxes based on a "Budget-Based" Tax System (wish list of their needs), and then they TAX everyone accordingly based on the county government's NEEDS (Budget-Based). The Washington State Legislature just passed "Land Banking Authorities to establish Land Banking Authorities" for city and county governments, non-profit NGOs, and Sovereign Indian Tribes to buy back tax (3 years) arrears properties for the price of the back tax property taxes and to make the confiscated properties into "Affordable Housing." Washington State DYSTOPIA ~ NOBODY KNOWS April 28, 2026 1. I called the Lewis County Assessor to find out why my property taxes have increased 33%. The Assessor couldn't explain HB 2049 (2025) mathematical calculation and told me to contact the State Treasurer's Office, open 10:00am to 2:00pm. 2. I called the new mortgage servicer, who told me that the property tax increase of 33% is based on the "predicted" property taxes for May 2026 to April 2027, information was received from the Lewis County Assessor’s Office. 3. I called WA State Treasurer's Office, and they told me to contact the WA Dept. of Revenue, which concocts mathematical formulas for all taxes. 4. I called WA Dept. of Revenue, who told me they have NO idea who even works in the Property Tax Dept. anymore and that they'll have to do some research because no one really knows how to calculate the School Enrichment Levy (HB 2049) at WA Dept. of Revenue. 5. I've put in a 4th call to Lewis County Auditor’s Office to speak to Ross Nielsen, the auditor, himself. I'm waiting for a call back. Pastor T.L.
