Canadians who have paid into a healthcare system their entire lives don't even receive these benefits. What other country gives premium health benefits to people it tells to leave? No wonder the Parliamentary Budget Officer revealed the Interim Federal Health Program will cost taxpayers over $1.5 BILLION every year.
