Jessi Pierce...I have typed a few things and nothing seems to work right now. Just know that we communicated almost every day about sports or her sweet children or something crazy she was doing, like putting ketchup on hot dogs. I can't believe that won't happen again.

You know what I like? I like the way every program automatically logs out. Taking a phone call requires logging back into several programs. Wastes a big part of my day, but boy do I love entering my passcode again and again. Just love it!

THIS IS TERRIFYING: A grizzly bear is calmly stalking him on a trail… and he’s told to stay calm, don’t run, and keep the pepper spray ready. One wrong move and it’s over. 🐻 Be honest… what are YOU doing in this moment? ⬇️ 🇺🇸

This is a severely underestimated fulcrum point in American history. During the nineties there was a great societal upheaval over mass migration. California voters, in the face of an onslaught of media demonization, acted to save their state by passing Prop 187 to end all public benefits for illegals. It was one of the most potent examples of popular democracy defeating entrenched corruption. It captivated the attention of the entire nation. Millions and millions of Californians voted to recapture their destiny. The proposition passed in a landslide. It was enjoined by a District Court judge IMMEDIATELY and remained enjoined permanently. Illegals continued flooding the state, consuming benefits, a Democrat (Gray Davis) won the next election and entered into a court settlement to halt the law forever.
bumbadum@bumbadum14

Your reminder that 60% of Californians voted to strip illegals of taxpayer funded programs and a judge said no.

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP. We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians. It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.

4 years ago today I was training for my first marathon. I could barely hold 9:23 pace for 11 miles. This morning I ran 14 miles at 7:12 pace with an average heart rate of 129. It felt easy. You don’t notice yourself getting better. It happens so slowly that one day you just look up and realize you’re a completely different person. If you’re just starting out, keep going. It gets better. But don’t rush it. Your first long run, your first race, your first time it finally clicks. You only get those once. I’d give anything to feel them again.

@LeahBoudreaux2 My husband is in his 60's and we still have a rock tumbler going in our garage and beautiful bowls of polished jaspars, agates, petrified wood, rhyolite, etc decorating our home. Exploring for rocks takes us to some beautiful locations. Great hobby!!

Kids will really surprise you sometimes. 6 year old has a borderline obsession with collecting rocks. He has a rock from the dentist’s office, one from the grocery store parking lot, one from his Nana’s yard. And so. many. more. Last time we went to the mountains, he carried around this little storage bowl (which not only held any great rocks he found, but also doubled as a drum in the event that we needed some entertainment or kumbaya vibes 😂). He asked to take it out on hikes, and I told him he could, but he had to be responsible for it. It was all going well until 20 minutes into the last hike of our trip. He had already maxed out the number of rocks we told him he could pick up, so he was just walking along muttering to himself “Don’t get distracted. Don’t. Get. Distracted.” 🤣 But then we stopped to let some folks get ahead of us, and while he was looking over the railing, he dropped his bowl. It would have been okay if my child hadn’t inherited my perpetual clumsiness. But I’ll be darned if, when he bent down to pick it up, he didn’t kick that thing right into next week in the process 😱 Right over the ledge. “Oh no!” he shrieked, and I swear, if I hadn’t snatched up his hand, he would have swan-dived down the side of that mountain after his emotional support Tupperware bowl and his rocks. To his credit, he took it fairly well. When I told him that there was no going after it, he just frowned and said, “Well, damn” 🤦‍♀️ He totally got that from me, by the way, in case you were wondering. Then he proceeded to ask every person we passed from that point on whether they’d seen a bowl full of rocks that had fallen down the mountain 😩 Every. Single. Person. Here’s the thing that really took me aback, though. There was no tantrum. No tears. He shrugged and said, “Now I get to find more rocks.” My 6 year old understood something that I often forget. You can just start over. To him, the process was just as meaningful as the prize.

These are the most common hawks here in Central California, but always a thrill to see! Here are a few fun facts about #RedTailedHawks. 1). Their eyesight is 8x sharper than ours—they spot prey from 100+ ft up! 2). That classic Hollywood hawk scream? Almost always a Red-tailed Hawk's call. 3). They often mate for life & reuse massive stick nests. #birdsofprey #californiawildlife

@Camels4Climate @lalovestrump The story behind the reason they do this is interesting! They were originally given proper names (The Arroyo Seco Parkway) and when they switched to numbers the "the" stuck!

Another good way to test is to have the person give directions to someplace in SoCal. When they come to which freeway(s) to use, a native will always use "the" when naming the freeway. As in "the 5" or "the 405." I lived in Seattle for a few years and everyone there just used the freeway number (without "the"). I've found this to be the case in most parts of the country.

Update: CA Secretary of State is investigating possible petition fraud. @war24182236 posted the video pointing it out in SF. He told me this isn't the first time he's seen this in the area. Three campaigns acknowledged the circulators in video were carrying their petitions.

@DavidB92801 I think he used the brush to block the camera momentarily and conceal someone or something. He tried his hand at first then looked around for something bigger. It's the only thing that makes sense.

The Nancy Guthrie suspect bites the flashlight on/off, then freezes with the brush. No proof he was signaling — but was he trying to communicate with someone in that moment?
