@waitrose Who's idea was it to put sticky labels on wrapping paper which are impossible to peel off, ruin and wreck the paper? Incredibly frustrating and ridiculous.

@waitrose How much longer is the paper compared to the 4m length it's sold as? And I clearly do lose some - I might not lose compared to the 4m but very obviously I lose some wrapping paper I otherwise would have had, do you not understand that's frustrating for people?

@Tesco please settle an argument. If I get a click and collect, and an item gets substituted - do I pay for the original item that was unavailable or do I pay for the substituted item??? I thought we got refunded the difference if the sub was cheaper, and lucked out if more ???
