I'm guessing the reason why @amazon doesn't send you a transcript of your CSR chats is so they can mislead you and then later renege.
The place has gone down hill since Bezos left. So many scams allowed to run rampant (e.g. allowing any seller to fulfill stock on an item if it's the same SKU - recently I received a PS5 game that was an obvious fake, a CD-R in a case with a shitty inkjet printed cover, despite ordering an item "sold by" the official retail brand). It's fraud, Very Illegal, but their offshore CSRs don't give a shit and don't seem to recognize the gravity of it.
Customer Obsession my ass. I'm on a mission to de-Amazonify now.
