@RBI @RBIsays When all the banks are changing their T&C regarding #Rewards on a daily basis based on the #MCC, why there is no rule for the banks to displays the same on charge slip or OTP page when customer is making payment and avoid the disputes later.

@AmazonHelp Why do you think that I cannot access this link. Your policy is such that for a small problem also instead of instant resolution you need to investigate for 3 days. On top of that customers are asked to call back after 3 days for the status of the complaint. We are not beggars

@flipkartsupport Instead of calling me and telling me the order is delayed, you should call your delivery partner and ask why the order is not delivered. OD337000582349892100 not delivered even after 5 days of promised delivery date where as it reached the hub before time

Still customer care and branch taking it casually. Asking me to update my signature in their records, how they won't tell. Now the onus is to make sure sarkaari karmchaari works honestly is on customers. It looks like they are doing charity by opening our accounts.

@pnbindia Opened account online with VKYC. Missed sameday mobile-linking SMS; branch later said signature not updated, mobile couldn’t be linked—despite issuing cheque book & debit card. Cheques could’ve bounced due to bank lapse. Who's responsible? @RBI @RBIsays @jagograhakjago

@pnbindia I cannot login to app or internet banking. The biggest joke is the it is the same mobile number you are mentioning on my communication address and used to open account but funny enough it is not linked to my account and even after complaining, it is not linked

@pnbindia I opened an elite savings account online on 15th jan and opted for a debit card, to my surprise instead of sending me an imperial card you have sent me a classic card and on top of that my mobile is also not registered and care@pnb.bank.in is just not helping
