Funny part: China's already doing exactly this off Shanghai while Microsoft proved the concept and walked away. The West got spooked by serviceability and permitting; China treated it as an infrastructure race. Whatever you think of the ecosystem risks they're building, we're studying. That gap is the actual story.

@krishdotdev ocean cooling works until the salt corrodes the racks in 2 years. the bottleneck was never the water, it was the maintenance.

@krishdotdev Microsoft tested underwater data centers years ago. They worked surprisingly well but power and logistics won. Cooling isn’t the hard part anymore, getting enough electricity is.
