BYU and Coastal Carolina scheduled a week prior. BYU traveled across the nation during COVID within a week and played there. Texas can make this happen if they're not wussies. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Talk all that smack. Let's see if the Longhorns will back it up.

In response to Sark saying the 2s and 3s could go undefeated with [Texas Tech's] schedule, Joey McGuire just said he's called ACU's Keith Patterson and Texas State's GJ Kinney and they are willing to play in Week 1 so Texas and Texas Tech can play each other in 2026. Joey said in Lubbock but working on AT&T Stadium if Texas didn't want to come to Lubbock.

Now if Tech would want to play at DKR instead of requesting home field advantage then that’s an intriguing offer.

@NavyStrang Texas doesn’t generate revenue from property taxes. The county does. The state regulates the county in increases. There are a multitude of ways to offset this tax, they just have to do it. One way is budgeting. My county was almost $1M in the black or $200/household overpaid.
