@CAChirag I know a few CAs who are conducting Stat Audit. I rarely see them posting any vacation photos but suddenly all of them are posting photos of super luxurous stays and picnics. Surely that is price of your so called "sound judgement"

The Chartered Accountant (CA) emblem features Garuda along with the motto "Ya Aeshu Suptaeshu Jagruti," a Sanskrit phrase from the Kathopanishad meaning "A person who is awake in those that sleep." This signifies that a CA remains vigilant and maintains sound judgment even when others are inactive. You should appreciate a CA firm willing to work on Sunday to meet the audit deadline. Also, the auditor did not override any protocols; in fact, he requested to follow the rules and obtain approval for opening on Sunday! We auditors have a huge responsibility towards depositors, all stakeholders, the government, and the nation! Better you understand this!

Since when did external auditors get the authority to override banking norms, security protocols and staff rights? @akhilpachori but the problem is why cant branch be opened for another day if auditors can work on holidays whats the problem banks will face.. he is so stressed with it should switch job.. security bhi chahiye par pvt try tak nai karna bcos they dont tolerate all ths nonsense

The problem is not that auditors telling branch to open the branch on holiday The real problem is the Banks Central Offices mailing the auditors to complete the branch audit by 10-13 April every year. When the audit timelines are strict, then time will be taken out of holidays.

On the occasion of Women’s Day, I want to ask the State Bank of India @TheOfficialSBI a few questions. Why did this happen to me? If my transfer could not be approved, the bank could have simply rejected it. But at the very least, I deserved a response..either acceptance or rejection. Why was there complete silence? 🚨 KYC Irregularities Flagged. Whistleblower Suspended. What Is #SBI Trying to Silence❓ Banker raises concern about improper KYC practices and potential money mule accounts. Result? → SUSPENSION. Manager (Compliance & Risk) at State Bank of India, reportedly flagged serious KYC irregularities that could expose the banking system to fraud or even terror financing risks. Instead of a transparent investigation, she has now been placed under suspension for allegedly damaging the bank’s reputation on social media. This raises serious questions: Is raising compliance concerns a crime? Should whistleblowers be punished instead of protected? Will internal pressure silence officers who speak about risks? Dear Unions, do you know what is being handed over? ₹5,30,000 crore of Indian business. Built with public money. Built by Indian bank employees. 20,000+ employees. Their service, experience, sweat and sacrifice All pushed into uncertainty. And handed over to foreign entities and private hands. Is this disinvestment? Is this reform… or removal of public control? When losses were there, employees were blamed. Now profits are here, ownership is taken away. ₹10,000 crore profit this year.(Expected ) ₹7,500+ crore profit last year. So tell us clearly — why sell success? Who decided that public wealth should become private gain? Who decided national banking should become a market product? Salary is a Legal Right, Not Charity!! Employees are not machines or slaves. Must watch for @RBI & @DFS_India. Harassing employees over salary is illegal, cruel, and criminal. Salary is earned money, not a handout. Now the situation has gone completely out of control. Employees are being mentally tortured, forced to stay in toxic jobs, denied the right to resign, and pushed into deep depression. People are quitting to survive..some are being trapped against their will. Lives are being destroyed, and in some cases, lost. This is not management pressure..this is blatant abuse of power.

@ajeetunc @TheOfficialSBI "Most banks provide board resolution". How can a bank provide board resolution? Are you running a dummy company or what? Tommorow you will say most banks provide edited GST Registration too. Maybe thats why SBI Officials want to stay away from opening your current account.

hi @TheOfficialSBI , can you show me where in the law it is written that "i need to have a shutter in the office" to open a current bank account for a pvt ltd company. because this is the manager of branch (code 147) told me and asked me to have a "shutter". 2. also, the officer who came for inspection asks for gst as address proof and doesn't accept the rent agreement. 3. when i go to branch, one person says "talk to anurag sir", when i go to him, they say "talk to jayvardhan" and this keeps on happening. no one is willing to do anything. they'll just circling the customers around. 3. they never tell everything required at once. first they asked for a stamp that i consider is valid. when i got it and after being in the line for 2 hrs, they asked me to sign on all pages and once i did it and then again after being in the line they asked me board resolution. what a joke this branch (code 147) is. 4. Most banks provide the board resolution but they've asked me to bring on my own and even though i did, they aren't coming for inspection for the last 3 weeks. I requested accountant 5 times I requested manager 7 times I requested deputy manager once. yet no help. for the last 2 weeks I have been visiting the bank every single day (police there is proof of it), every day they say that "we'll send someone for inspection but nothing happens". this branch (code 147) is absolute chaos. @TheOfficialSBI @OfficialSBICare @OfficialSBICare
