@jamesbeech93 @Motor_Ombudsman I waited 9 Months for the initial Contact, 3 Months for Evidence, then got told today it could be another 6-8 months before its adjudicated - so 18-20 Months, though they will email you saying 90 Days... Because thats Policy!

Over a Year Waiting for an @Motor_Ombudsman case -Only to be told today it could be another 6-8 Months for adjudication despite already waiting 90 Days! 3 Months of Evidence, should be 10 Days! 90 Days for Adjudication, now 9 Months! And Zero Communication unless you call!

For perspective, that’s on average 800 independent artists project grants that could’ve been funded. Oh and ENO are now in receipt of more money (£12mil per year) than all the disabled-led NPO’s (£7.25mil per year) after an UNSUCCESSFUL application. Let that sink in…
