1/ Recently an unnamed source shared data exfiltrated from an internal North Korean payment server containing 390 accounts, chat logs, crypto transactions.
I spent long hours going through all of it, none of which has ever been publicly released.
It revealed an intricate ~$1M/month scheme of fraudulent identities, forged legal documents, and crypto-to-fiat conversion.
Enjoy the findings!

BEWARE TRAVELING TO 🇭🇰 HONG KONG WITH BITCOIN HARDWARE WALLETS
Hong Kong has updated enforcement rules under the National Security Law as of March 23, 2026.
Refusing to provide passwords or decryption assistance to police is now a criminal offense, covering ALL personal devices including phones, laptops, and likely hardware wallets.
The rule applies to everyone in Hong Kong, including US citizens, even if only transiting through the airport.
Authorities also have expanded powers to seize and retain devices they claim are linked to national security investigations.
Travelers are advised to understand the risks before entering or transiting through the region.

New York Post report claims US intelligence believes Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei may be gay, a claim that reportedly surprised Donald Trump, who “laughed aloud” during the briefing.
Sources say Trump “couldn’t contain his surprise and laughed aloud.”
One official reportedly “has not stopped laughing about it for days.”
Intelligence reportedly suggests Mojtaba had “a long-term sexual relationship with his childhood tutor.”
The claim was “derived from one of the most protected sources that the government has.”
One source said: “The fact that this was elevated to the highest of high levels shows there’s some confidence in this.”

it’s a big shame to L2s that they exist and a payment like this was made on ethereum
it’s the result of not having an arm doing grassroots marketing in Nigeria where 40% of transactions happen in stablecoins
the market is so big it processed over $90B in volume in the last year
you build an L2 and say you’re faster & cheaper yet there’s zero effort on your end to penetrate the Nigerian markets
everyone I know in that region uses Tron or ETH for transactions & not one L2 has been able to offset this despite being a relatively better option
you’re faster, cheaper and inherit ethereum’s security so why not?
all they know how to do is pander themselves on CT and sh!t on third world countries
until one general purpose L2 can challenge ethereum & Tron in these regions, every new chain launch will just become a ghost town because there aren’t people using it as a NEED.
can’t even blame builders cause crypto is just a reflection of what happens when people are building to raise, not to serve.
