task: weekly leaderboard for a 2M DAU mobile game. Old system scanned the full player list on every rank lookup. Fixed it with Redis Sorted Sets → O(log n) instead of O(n). Redis = live scores, Mongo = earn-event log, Postgres = weekly snapshots/rewards, BullMQ = queue.
