I used Claude Code + @AlliumLabs MCP to build an x402 Dashboard It took me less than 1 hour I'm exploring what happens when we combine AI + onchain data infra This is part of my research experiment for the upcoming @nexusdatalabs issue on the intersection of data analysis × AI The dashboard pulls live onchain data across Base, Polygon & Solana and tracks: > Daily volume & transactions by chain > Top facilitators by volume/tx > Unique senders & receivers growth > Average transaction size Unfortunately, I hit my limit on Claude and had to stop for now Quick x402 context: > It's a protocol that turns APIs/services into payable endpoints using stablecoins directly in the HTTP flow > No subscriptions, API keys, or billing accounts. A agent just pays per request > It's a machine-to-machine payments native to the internet The new agent economy will need analytics layers like this Over the coming weeks I'll keep digging into how AI can accelerate research/analysis, but remembering humans still needs to drive the tools and provide real context AI can't do that... yet Would love to hear your feedback PS: thanks to @eltoniselton for the tip on how to optimize my requests

Rain and RedotPay leading the way
Alex@obchakevich_

. @Visa Crypto Card Volume hits $1.8B in Q1 2026 - and we're only in mid-March. For context: the entire Q1 2025 was $580M. That's a 3x growth YoY in the same period. The market is no longer dominated by one player. @RedotPay remains the leader at $792M in Q1 2026, but @raincards has gone from $47M to $733M - a 15x surge that signals serious institutional and retail adoption. @ether_fi Cash grew from under $1M to $137M. Even the "Others" bucket - which includes @wirexapp, @MetaMask, @gnosispay, @holyheld and a dozen more - jumped from $71M to $131M. At this run-rate, full-year 2026 volume could reach $10B - more than double the $4.9B recorded across all of 2025. What's driving this? Stablecoin infrastructure is maturing. More wallets are getting @Visa rails. Users are spending crypto like cash - on groceries, travel, everyday purchases. The crypto card space is no longer a niche experiment. It's becoming a mainstream payment channel.

We built StableYields to make it easier benchmark and compare risk-adjusted yield across every major protocol. → Some visualisations we included: Pools table A filterable Pools table across every major protocol, chain, and asset type. Each pool has a 30-day sparkline so you can see at a glance if a rate is holding, compressing, or spiking

We labeled 300M+ wallets by geography, use case and entity. and we're making the insights available to all institutional investors. everyone talks about stablecoin volume. Almost no one can tell you the who, where, and what is behind the activity. APAC or Americas? What type of institution? B2B or C2C? Cross-border or domestic? introducing Allium Terminal - the institutional command center for onchain finance. for stablecoins and tokenized assets, this platform answers: - 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 is volume coming from? By region, country, and corridor. - 𝗪𝗵𝗼 is driving it? Retail vs institutions - centralized exchanges, payments providers, treasuries, custodians and more. - 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 type of activity? B2B, B2C, C2B, C2C payments Using the same data you've seen in @Visa's Onchain analytics dashboard and BCG's stablecoins reports. if you're sizing markets, evaluating tokenized asset opportunities, or building investor-ready research - this is for your team.

Increasingly confident I joined the right team. The onchain card volume gap keeps growing
dash@datadashboards

Roughly 72% of all crypto card volume has been powered by @Visa 🤯 And the gap is widening. To date, @Visa vs @Mastercard: Volume: 717.9M vs 275.1M Transactions: 7,208,749 vs 4,475,654 Users: 145,585 vs 119,278 Visa has cleared 1M+ transactions in each of the last two months and is pushing toward consistent $100M+ monthly volume. Some great onchain card data in this thread by the @PaymentScan team. Card programs have suddenly become a major driver of blockchain activity. "30% of Scroll's ~3M transactions over the past 30 days can be directly attributed to EtherFi"

who's familiar w Goodhart's law? in essence: "when a measure becomes a target, it ceases to be a good measure" (h/t @samrags_) x402 servers figured out how to circumvent our gamed txn flagging methodology (which wasn't too difficult tbh), so we rebuilt it the old method only caught obvious circular flows, but this second iteration uses a combination of heuristics that make it much more robust in identifying gaming patterns so w these improvments in flagging this gaming, the story looks different now: 1) x402 gaming is still rampant -- servers just got better at hiding it. 2) @base clearly has demonstrated the most consistent x402 activity, @0xPolygon's recent strides in fostering agentic x402 activity are real, and ~86% of @solana's all-time x402 activity is gamed (the below chart filters out gamed txns) 3) when filtering out gamed txns, Infrastructure & Utilities is now the dominant category for genuine x402 activity -- this includes servers like x402-secure-api.t54.ai (by @t54ai), @AgentLISA_ai, echo.merit.systems (by @merit_systems), @BetoraPro (the below chart filters out gamed txns) 4) @PayAINetwork is facilitating the most real x402 activity (the below chart filters out gamed txns) there are many ways to react to this data. sometimes inflating numbers is part of the playbook, especially early on when you're trying to demonstrate traction or bootstrap a network effect. but if we're serious about x402 and agentic payments being adopted on the largest scale, we need to see through the noise. i'm not trying to call anyone out -- i'm trying to bring attention to the right signals and the teams actually shipping legitimate use cases. identify the real builders. the real use cases. the real momentum. that's how the space moves forward x402.

people keep asking me: "what are people using x402 for? isn't it all fake? isn't it all memes?" so i built a table tracking the real daily activity for every x402 server we have labeled. it includes real txn counts, volume, # of buyers, avg txn size, etc. i want this table to make it easier to identify the legitimate projects utilizing x402 payments, so here are a few that haven't had any gamed txns in the past few weeks: @dexteraisol → twitter analysis, deep research, a code interpreter, video generation via sora, and more x402-secure (@t54ai) → a risk control layer that validates x402 payments before they execute, adding fraud protection through their trustline network @BlockRunAI → pay-per-request access to frontier AI models (gpt-5.2, claude 4, gemini 2.5) via automatic USDC micropayments. no api keys, no subscriptions these are real use cases. the next step is tying each txn back to its respective resource -- how much of the x402 activity is going towards compute? data? api calls? storage? right now, that's not exactly straightforward so there's more work to be done, but i think this is a step in the right direction... we can't expect to build real infra without knowing what's real agentic commerce is coming.

gm 2026, here's what @Dune will focus on this year All over we we will focus completely on serving businesses. We're seeing more and more institutions and businesses coming onchain. It's incredibly exciting and Dune is committed to serving them well with onchain data. We will keep having a generous free plan to serve the broader Dune community, but our team will focus on empowering organizations doing business onchain. From a product perspective we will focus on 3 things: The Onchain Data Platform - make Dune incredibly powerful and flexible, connect with all the best in class tools (HEX for notebooks, dbt for transformations++ already launched ) to let you write, store, transform, query and export data as you see fit. These capabilities coupled with the fact that Dune already gives you out of the box access to all onchain data (no need to pay for access), have the most tailored onchain data environment (query engine, editor, data discovery ++) and a 1M strong community to collab and share with makes the Dune platform a truly unique offering for onchain data. With other providers you have to pay for expensive access to the data, do a bunch of plumbing and/or pay Snowflake etc. bills. Enterprise grade data quality and UX - we have already staffed up and will focus on data quality, docs, change logs, examples, query performance ++ across dex trading, protocol tracking, stablecoins, prediction markets and more. If you want to access any of our data directly in your own data warehouse you can do so with our Datashare product. Epic developer APIs for wallet apps - with our Sim product line we offer lowest latency, best chain coverage, best developer UX, great long tail asset pricing and nicest abstractions. If you let your users connect a wallet to your site we will give you all the relevant onchain info in a simple API call. We are also staffing up big time on our go to market team to ensure any business interacting with Dune has great access to experts across sales, solution engineering and customer success. Dune was founded 7+ years ago with a mission of making crypto data accessible. Now with the regulatory clarity the blockchain space has finally gotten a new wave of enterprise adoption has commenced and we're excited to help accelerate their onchain business with data. The Data Must Flow!
