From Coinbase's Q1 2026 earnings: "Base processed 62% of total global onchain stablecoin transaction volume, exceeding all other chains combined." Accurate at face value. But raw onchain volume conflates real economic activity with HFT, bot loops, intra-transaction swaps, and inorganic flow. Filter that out and Base's share of adjusted stablecoin volume in Q1 2026 was ~9% (+6% QoQ). We've spent a lot of time with the @AlliumLabs team peeling back this onion. Kraken just acquired @ReapGlobal, a leading stablecoin card issuer for $600 million! Reap is one of the issuers powering @RedotPay, which is the most widely adopted crypto card program with onchain deposits north of $400+ million per month.
