@OptimumHelp I returned my cable box when I had TV service and for 2 years I just had internet. Come to find out for over a year I was paying for TV service as well. Very sneaky @optimum . Well I just canceled my service. Never going to use a sneaky company like you again

@chrissy7331 Our current hold time for our Credit Department is over 5 minutes and you'll be offered a callback if you don't prefer to wait. The hold time for our Customer Service Departement is under two minutes.

@EversourceCT has the worst customer service ever. Been on hold for over 30 minutes after talking to someone who couldn't help me. Now I got disconnected and wait time to talk to someone is 45 minutes to an hour. Are you f*cking kidding me?

@EversourceCT @EversourceCT made an online payment plan on Sept 27th. Now you turned of my electricity. Called customer service talked to one of your supervisors. For some reason you dont have record of my payment plan but you can see I made a payment of $80 on that day.

@Kohls your customer services is horrible. I ordered an item 5 weeks ago never it still has not shipped. I want a refund and for 5 weeks now I have been dealing with horrible customer services. And for my troubles all I get is one day of free shipping? I want a refund now!
