Henry was given to Annie when he was a puppy by a breeder. He has disabilities as you can see. His care and quality of life is exceptional. Monmouthshire Council have taken him and we urge you to help us appeal for his safe return. He is 6 years old and all he knows is Annie. She has spent thousands over the years on treatments and advice. He cannot live on a kennel floor due to his condition. He's never been in a kennel. He needs regular hydrotherapy or his joints will seize.
