Completely false. Theodore of Mopsuestia is the greatest theologian of the Church of the East, it is synodally forbidden to disagree with him on dogma. He is Greek, as is the Dyophysite Christology of the Church of the East. The Assyrian Church of the East also became Uniate at one point. It is the Church of the East that was influenced by the west. The Syriac Orthodox is indisputably the sole heir to pure Semitic theology and it’s not even close

Christianity is Greco Roman not Judeo. The Old Testament we use is Greek not Hebrew. The New Testament is Greek not Hebrew. The apostles lived in hellenized Galilee under Roman rule. God is the Holy Trinity, an application of Greek philosophy to the Christian understanding of the divine. Christ God is the Logos, the rational principle of creation and the Word of God. This is a Roman philosophical concept (Stoics) that was derived from the Socratic (Greek) philosophers and adapted to describe our understanding of Christ. Christ tells the Roman centurion that his faith is greater than that found in of all of Israel. Christ tells Pontus Pilate that his authority is from God the Father. Peter, the rock upon which Christ founded the church (along with all of the apostles) went to Rome to convert the world to Christ. The pre-schism church councils were Greco Roman. The languages of the church are Latin and Greek. Of course we acknowledge the Hebrew Israelite old covenant contribution to the faith. Our faith and lineage diverged sharply from the Jewish and stands opposed to them according to holy scripture (and their books stand grossly opposed to our Lord). There is no unity possible.
