Why doesn't Kira motors supply its vehicles to MPs so that we save the billions going to Japanese car manufacturers.

"Why is a developer is Kampala, Uganda (where the 2023 per capita income was $956), asking for $388,000 for an apartment? Since when was real estate divorced from the economic fundamentals of the country it is located in? Why should property in Newcastle (with annual per capita income of $35,000) cost less than its equivalent in Kampala?" Cook, David, cook!
David Hundeyin@DavidHundeyin

There is no reason on this planet for an African landlord to ask for the equivalent of his country's per-capita income as rent for a studio apartment. It is mathematically criminal to do such a thing because if everyone does it, society will literally collapse. Should people go out and physically rob a bank in order to have a basic place to live? Why is a developer is Kampala, Uganda (where the 2023 per capita income was $956), asking for $388,000 for an apartment? Since when was real estate divorced from the economic fundamentals of the country it is located in? Why should property in Newcastle (with annual per capita income of $35,000) cost less than its equivalent in Kampala? I'm no Communist, but situations like these are where you need a strong state to step in and apply Mao-style sanctions and punishments on people who are determined to ruin the fabric of society so they can throw another party and impregnate a new mistress this year. I mean property expropriation and public floggings. People need to be tied to streetlamps and flogged while wearing an "I'm a thief" sign around their necks. "Real estate development" una

@DailyMonitor Lack of unity and integration!! Travelling on the continent is still a major headache. Visa restrictions, poor transport networks, and high transportation costs, especially air.
