The reason that the entire underlying token went down in terms of valuation doesn't have much to do with the fact that the ecosystem isn't expanding. No, the sole reason that the markets have been going down entirely has a lot to do with the factors outside of the asset itself: - Macroeconomic - Overall low confidence in the markets, so no appetite to be willing to take risk That grants a massive opportunity, as many assets will be mispriced. I see $SUI as being one of those mispriced assets. Let's dive into it from a technical standpoint: - Full retrace towards the levels prior to the breakout in 2024/2025. - Strong bullish divergence on the weekly timeframe on the RSI against USD. - Strong bulilsh divergence on the weekly timeframe on the MACD against USD. Based on this one alone it should be having a fair price that's more than double from here. - A massive bullish divergence on the 3D against USD and $BTC indicating that the markets are about to reverse upwards in the coming 1-2 weeks. - Strong support on the daily timeframe between $0.60-0.70 at this point, where you'd want to be looking at entries rather than sells. Against $BTC it's a similar picture: - Building a massive bullish divergence on the weekly timeframe indicating that there's going to be reversal on the horizon. - Massive bullish divergence on the MACD and RSI on the 3-Day timeframe. - Massive bullish divergence on the daily timeframe. Despite the fact that the current sentiment is the worst we've seen in a long period of time, this is actually a strong signal that the markets are willing to reverse, but as they are on higher timeframes, it requires time before this happens. I'm accumulating $SUI here, and I think it's not a bad area to go for.
