The socialist regards society much as a child regards supper: he notices with great precision who received the largest slice, while remaining curiously uninterested in who rose at dawn to bake the thing. Socialists always imagine themselves at the table, never in the kitchen.

The 14 richest Americans now own more wealth than every single American billionaire combined owned just five years ago. The pie didn't get bigger for everyone. It got swallowed by fewer mouths.

@NeverDeleteX @bonchieredstate Here you go fefending the guy who wasn't even interested in national security briefings. And attacking the people trying to keep us safe. That's MAGA for you: Trump first, country second.

@JamespWeigel @bonchieredstate Everyone knows Trump wasn't even interested in national security briefings. But MAGA still needs to defend their god. So they blame the people trying to actually protect the country. MAGA is a fucking disease.

@JamespWeigel @bonchieredstate Exactly. Trump is such a pathetic loser of a "leader" that his own generals need to go around him to do their job.

@GaltsJustice @Thedukeistheman @RockChartrand Agree. And to what degree is something that reasonable people can argue about. But so called conservatives on this website immediately start calling people socialist if you even engage the conversation.

It is an odd morality indeed that condemns the baker for wishing to keep his bread, yet crowns as virtuous the man who insists the bread rightly belongs to him because he is hungry. The accusation of greed invariably travels in only one direction: toward those producing, never toward those demanding. One might suspect that the vice being condemned is not greed itself, but merely the refusal to surrender to it.

@WalshFreedom @AIPAC "criticizing Bibi is just cover for their antisemitism." This is dumb. In what sane world is an elected politician beyond public criticism?

Way, way too many people on the left and the right target @AIPAC or Netanyahu for their criticism to cover up their real hatred of Israel and Jews. For way too many, criticizing Bibi is just cover for their antisemitism. I mean antisemitism has been dramatically rising in the West since October 7th. How sick is that? How wrong is that? Our closest ally is attacked by a terrorist death cult, and immediately antisemitism in the West takes off?

If we took every automobile in America off the road for a year, it would equal the pollution being dumped, on mostly the Midwest, in a few weeks! We are being systematically gassed by inept Canadian politicians. This won’t stand. ✅ Higher tariffs ✅ Sanctions ✅ Victims fund

To anyone who gets mad and asks “What is Canada supposed to do about these fires?” the correct is “Manage your forests instead of cutting funding in the name of climate change.”

@RockChartrand Defending government bailouts of private enterprise. Sinking low, I see.

This argument relies on selectively picking a few bailouts while pretending the trillions spent every year on anti-poverty programs don't exist. Welfare spending alone dwarfs all of these examples combined and, unlike bailouts, it is permanent and constantly expanding. Even more ironic, much of it is funded by the very rich they claim are contributing nothing.

Thank you, President Trump! Michigan is not Canada's ashtray. Canadian wildfires are poisoning our air, sickening our families, and costing Michiganders real money. Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno and I are sending the President a bill that would impose 25% tariffs on Canada to fund a victim compensation fund and pay for cleanup. This is in addition to sanctions on Canadian officials the U.S. Secretary of State deems reasonable. The era of Canada exporting its problems into Michigan is over! Clean up your forests, compensate our families, or I will use every tool at my disposal to protect Michigan.

@USWeatherExpert Using the term "Big Climate" is idiocy-signaling. It's a thing people do to communicate to others how committed they are to the conservative project.

This has been Big Climate's talking point the past few days. The FACT is that Canada has been colder than average so far in 2026. Climate change has had nothing to do with the fires. And, historically, most of these fires are arson.
Brenden Mincheff@BrendenMincheff

This is what climate change looks like, by the way. We can talk about all the data, the numbers, the why, etc. But this is what it actually means. This is why it matters. Climate change didn't start the Canadian fires. But it made fire weather exponentially more likely.

At this point, if you don't support mandating voter ID and proof-of-citizenship to vote, I will just assume that you're in favor of illegal aliens voting and foreign adversaries compromising our elections.

The thing I find most interesting about this election fraud debate is that most Democrats believed Russia helped Trump win. Then another portion felt Bernie was cheated by Democrats. Now, they all act like elections are 100% secure. Funny how that works
