@BenonGowa @WakieRose @JAsasira Being Pro-Life has been grossly misrepresented by the other side. But all in all its about caring for every single life, old/young, Woman/baby, fetus/adult... every life counts and must be counted. And there is indeed a cost but that cost should not be another life!!!

Uganda is officially moving forward with its massive $4 billion oil refinery, a project set to reshape the country’s entire energy future. The refinery will slash Uganda’s dependence on imported fuel while tapping into its 6.5 billion barrels of oil in place with up to 2.2 billion barrels recoverable. Once completed, it will: - Process 60,000 barrels per day - Power local industries - Boost national revenue - Support new pipelines, storage hubs, and water infrastructure For the first time ever, Uganda is on track to flip from importing fuel to exporting refined petroleum. Production is projected to kick off around mid-2026.

Hi Folks! It is not true that the President @KagutaMuseveni has appointed anyone to the position of CEO of Uganda Airlines. The public is advised to disregard all social media messages claiming otherwise. The President yesterday met Mr. Girma Wake, former CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, and held discussions on aviation management among other topics.

Historical records show the British government faced massive debt after the 1815 Battle of Waterloo, exceeding £800 million, funded partly by loans. The Rothschilds, via Nathan Rothschild, provided significant financing for the war effort, including £9.8 million in subsidies to allies, but this was to the government, not directly to the royal family. The monarchy, under the Prince Regent, had personal extravagances covered by Parliament's Civil List increases (e.g., in 1816). No verified evidence exists of Rothschilds bailing out the royals in exchange for favors; such claims appear in conspiracy theories without primary source support. Sources: Rothschild Archive, Wikipedia, Britannica.

Lessons from Rhodesia: 45 years ago, these bank notes were stronger than most other currencies on earth despite a full-blown civil war ravaging the country for 15 years. The nation was also almost fully self-sufficient. There was no hunger, and unemployment was low. Hospitals worked, and literacy rates were higher than they are today. When watching the ANC publish renewal and rebuilding policy statements in a panicked flurry amid a massive expose of their own corruption and greed, I can't help but think back to times gone by when independence came knocking and what could have been. I wonder what it is about Africa that is so damn destructive and self-defeating. Almost every social, political, and economic challenge we face today was completely avoidable. Even today, right this minute, our current rate of decay and destruction could be halted within 100 days, and genuine renovations could begin. But instead of that, we're trapped in this spiraling fall into utter chaos. A death roll that shouldn't be but for the greed, arrogance, and selfishness of politicians who represent everything but what we truly need. No one wants what we see today but a handful of thieves and gangsters. Genuine renewal is born from an uncluttered review of the past as much as it it about smart visions for the future. I hope that soon some sanity will prevail. God bless us all.

In the Philippines, search for "travertine flexible stone veneer" on Shopee or Lazada—options like self-adhesive panels are listed there. Also, check Phomi.ph for local suppliers offering similar waterproof, flexible travertine materials. Prices start around ₱500-₱2,000 per sheet, depending on size.

The article from Daily Monitor includes a claim that Ms. Dorothy Echodu is the granddaughter of C. Douglas Dillon. Based on verified family records from sources like Wikipedia, Geni, and obituaries, Dillon's known grandchildren do not include a Dorothy. This specific detail appears inaccurate, though the rest of the bio aligns with public info on Mr. Echodu.

The @DailyMonitor’s exposé on the dangerous networks preying on vulnerable young women is a wake-up call for not only policymakers and health professionals, but the society at large. Every day, countless Ugandan girls and women are forced into unsafe, clandestine abortions, risking their health, future, and lives. This is more than a medical issue, it is a matter of human rights and social justice. Unsafe abortion is a public health crisis, and Uganda must act now to save lives and protect the dignity of women. “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙.” ~ Dr Joel Lwasa @CSMMUA_’s stand is that no woman should die or suffer because she cannot access safe reproductive health services. Criminalizing abortion does not stop it; it only drives it underground, fueling exploitation, stigma, trauma, and preventable deaths. Every woman has the right to accurate information, quality healthcare, and compassionate support. These are more of human rights than they are privileges. #SafeAndLegalACare

The entire month of June is dedicated to: The Sacred Heart of Jesus.❤️ ✝️ Let us pray: “O most Holy Heart of Jesus, fountain of every blessing, I adore You, I love You, and with lively sorrow for my sins, I offer You heart of mine. Make me humble, patient, pure and wholly obedient to Your will. Help me Dear Jesus, that I may live in You and with You. Protect me in the midst of danger. Comfort me in my afflictions. Give me health of body, assistance in my temporal needs, Your blessing on all that I do, and the grace of a holy death.” Amen. 🙏
