Newcastle’s campaign destroyed by dud strikers – this is how they fix it #nufc telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…
English

@CastroCapitalX @AmmarKazmi @HMakke91 @ATTRITIONPod There’s absolutely nothing like Shia Islam and with due respect all of the verses in the HQ calls Muslims, Mumin, Mukhsin - not seen a verse with Shia Islam. Infact if u check verses in Surahs 6,21 and 23 - it clears says division in faith but you’re not 1 of them addressing HP!!
English

@AmmarKazmi @HMakke91 @ATTRITIONPod Very interesting. I have become very curious to learn more about Shia Islam since seeing the Iranian leadership in action. They appear to be both highly educated and personally brave. Quite unlike leaders in the west.
English

WHY THE SHIA WON'T BOW TO ZIONISM
Lebanese Shia theologian @HMakke91 speaks with @ATTRITIONPod about Shia resistance movements from Lebanon to Iran, unpacking the Battle of Karbala and Imam Hussain’s defiant stand against a militarily superior enemy.

@k1nghenryIV @mitchellvii It won’t surprise me if he’s just being paid some $ 😂
English

@mitchellvii Well then you’re a traitor and American patriots should not only reject but also openly mock your opinions.
English

@ksadjadpour you should read this too Sir
Danny (Dennis) Citrinowicz ,داني سيترينوفيتش@citrinowicz
Told @nytimes that the regime believes that the damage that will be sustained by this act will be bigger for the U.S. and the international economy than for Iran, and I don’t see the Iranians raising the white flag. @NYTBen nytimes.com/2026/04/13/wor…

Why time is on Iran’s side
"The Iranians believe that time is on their side in this confrontation & they are probably right. The longer the Strait of Hormuz is closed, the pressure on the US will mount. Iran’s negotiating hand is likely to be stronger" ft.com/content/2f1cbc…
English

@SotomayorJames @ksadjadpour @robin_j_brooks You needed to have read his NYtimes post of some weeks ago regarding the conflict to know whose side he’s on, even if it’s so obvious, one should try transparency as a columnist in these troubling times. Not Sajdapour
English

This is completely off basis. @ksadjadpour has bad sources. He knows this, but keeps spewing poor intel. Sounds like he’s an Israeli shill. Iran has been planning for this since 2006. Iran has the backing of China and Turkiye, they not have almost all the cards, they have a strait.
English

"As Iran’s oil exports collapse, there’ll be no cash for imports, so activity implodes, the currency goes into a devaluation spiral and hyperinflation ensues. There’s no doubt in my mind this’ll bring the mullahs to the negotiating table in good faith.” -@robin_j_brooks economist.com/middle-east-an…

@AlettaKelechi @mfalsafa_ For someone who said Fofana is better than Konate 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 taking a walk from this Sir
English

@33eekAn @mfalsafa_ Why are you running all over the place? You made a statement and i asked you a simple question. Name those teams in Serie A with a "world class CCB" and a world class goalkeeper that should be leading the table like you insinuated.
Ndicka?? Gila?? World class?? CCBs??? Ffs 🤣😭
English

If Inter had a world class box defender at CCB and world class goalkeeper instead of Sommer, this scudetto would’ve been wrapped up a very long time ago.
Inter would’ve also made a lot of progress in the Champions League and not fumbled the Supercoppa.
All of Inter’s failures this season are a downstream result of Sommer staying in the starting 11 and lacking a reliable mobile box defender.
Look at how many second balls led to Inter’s goals conceded. With a box defender that moon up everything in the air + ground that we wouldn’t have conceded as frequently as we did.
English

@AlettaKelechi @mfalsafa_ Being dominant isn’t enough even wit a 352, Conte won it last season with a few setups not least 4-5-1, 343, 352. His tweet doesn’t feed into the perception you’re struggling to make Sir there r imposing CBs in Serie A ie Juve, Napoli even Ndicka in Rome so I ask again 🙏🏾Gila too
English

@33eekAn @mfalsafa_ The post focuses specifically on Inter winning the Serie A. 352 is the most popular formation in the league, and you asked a question saying why haven't the other teams with those players led the league. And I'm asking you, show me the other teams with such players.
English

@AlettaKelechi @mfalsafa_ Why does 352 matter? We talking football, imagine the conditions you’re listing on the premise of a skewed tweet
English

@33eekAn @mfalsafa_ How many teams in Italy, playing 352, have a world class CCB and a top shot stopper over 6 feet. Name them, I'm waiting.

@BarakRavid “He reported to me in detail, as this administration does every day”. Lmao. Credit to Satanyahu for making it abundantly clear that America is now a vassal of 🇮🇱 and that Trump gets his orders from Tel Aviv.
English

Netanyahu at a cabinet meeting: "I spoke yesterday with Vice President J.D. Vance. He called me from his plane on his way back from Islamabad. He reported to me in detail, as this administration does every day, about the development of the negotiations. In this case, the explosion in the negotiations. The explosion came from the American side, which could not tolerate Iran's blatant violation of the agreement to enter the negotiations. The agreement was that they would cease fire, and the Iranians would immediately open the gates. They did not do that. The Americans could not accept that. He also made it clear to me that the main issue on the agenda for President Trump and the United States is the removal of all enriched material, and ensuring that there is no more enrichment in the coming years, and that could be in decades, no enrichment within Iran. That is their focus, and of course it is also important to us."
English

@shaiquddin @BarakRavid We’ve been told not to mention theirs hence the dead silence about it in the media at large
English

@BarakRavid How about opening Israeli nuclear facilities to the IAEA for inspection and enforcement?
English

@GeronimoMorgans A clown like you forgot Arteta beat this same Iraola earlier this season lol Mr. AI
English

Tactically and managerially, Andoni Iraola is simply ahead of Mikel Arteta.
Iraola’s sides play with a clearer identity: aggressive pressing, structured transitions, and adaptable game plans that don't collapse when Plan A fails. He's shown at Bournemouth (and previously at Rayo Vallecano) that he can compete with top teams using fewer resources, better organisation, and braver football.
Arteta, for all his structure and defensive solidity, struggles to unlock deep blocks without relying on set‑pieces/individual brilliance. His in‑game management is reactive, and his attacking patterns can become predictable.
If you're building a team to win consistently, play attractive football, and actually improve players in every phase, right now, Iraola is the better manager. Plain and simple.

@NickKristof @ksadjadpour At least, make corrections - he dismissed the effect of sanctions on an economy that was thriving before it now hits rock bottom
English

Another excellent thread by @ksadjadpour, an important follow for smart analysis of Iran.
Karim Sadjadpour@ksadjadpour
1 The defining deliberations of this war aren't between the US and Iran, but Trump and himself. He’s vacillated between walking away and promising to bomb Iran to the Stone Age. Iran has been consistent: Its ideology is resistance, its strategy is chaos, its endgame is survival.
