@cbcwatcher @LeftHandStu I blocked that loser the other week after he went into my DMs to accuse me of not seeing Palestinians as human beings
English

Stuart Benson (@LeftHandStu) trying to spar with Pierre Poilievre like it's his life's mission, and he gets owned
Funny how that same fire doesn't seem to ignite when questioning Carney, his cabinet, or the NDP
'Non-partisan journalist' they said. Must be the selective adrenaline
Hill Times: where 'holding the opposition to account' has a preferred address
Carney gets snarky with women. Poilievre gets combative with the fact deprived

@Jay_D_Rosehill And no matter who wins, Leafs fans either get to cheer on Freddie Andersson or Mitch Marner lifting the cup.
Happy for you guys
English

@jpolly22 Did you have a comment when Montrealers booed the US national anthem?
English

@tvc1five They would do well to get that mutant behind her out of frame
English

@FierySharky Hall hasn't been on the Oilers for 10 years.
Either Leafs fans will be sad watching Freddie Andersson win or Leafs fans will be sad watching Mitch Marner win
English

@cbctom What do you expect them to do, bake the Habs some consolation muffins? They're hockey fans!

@cgore @aelfred_D @PolytropicSage Athens is a dump.
Give yourself half a day to visit the Acropolis then get out of there
English

@aelfred_D @PolytropicSage Yeah or just chillin’ in Athens for 2 weeks.

Thinking about the lunatic who picks F
Josh Barzon@JoshuaBarzon
You just won a 2-week, all-expenses-paid vacation. But there’s a catch: you have to stay within one region the whole time. What are you picking?
English

@aelfred_D You could definitely do worse than Santorini and the rest of the Greek islands in F
English

@RingOfFireCGY If only @PinderReport didn't hate short kings

Thomas Drance from The Athletic had some interesting analysis and comments on Viggo Björck.
The more you read about and watch Björck, the more I think it makes sense for the #Flames to pick him 6th overall.
They desperately need to add high skilled centres to the organization.
English

@Brodster5 @RingOfFireCGY Based on the video, sounds like Bjorck has already drank some of Michael's Secret Stuff
English

@RingOfFireCGY Flames centres lining up against other teams in the nhl if we draft bjork. In all seriousness he’s a great player but if we pass up on a Carels or verhoeff for him I’d be a little upset but still pumped cause he’s a great player

@JeromyYYC Did Mitch Sylvestre cause the water pipes to separate from each other?
ctvnews.ca/calgary/articl…
English

Albertans deserve to know exactly what some of the leading voices behind separation are advocating: mandatory military service, citizenship based on birthplace, and a vision of society that belongs in the past.
At a time when Calgary is attracting talent, investment, and opportunity from across Canada and around the world, the provincial referendum decision is giving oxygen to a movement that creates uncertainty, division, and risk.
Our city needs more homes, more jobs, more infrastructure, and stronger ties with the rest of Canada and the world. Instead, we're being dragged into a debate that threatens investment, undermines confidence, and distracts from the real challenges facing Albertans.
Calgary's future is as a growing, confident Canadian city. We must be focused on building that future, not legitimizing a movement that puts it at risk.

Expect a line of Liberal fartcatching economists to surface and explain why it's not really a recession.

@kpssreality @cbcwatcher @JJNicholl As a naturally curious person, I filtered through heterodox voices long ago and came to the conclusion many have just come to in the last 6 months.
It's genuinely confusing to me how so many out there can be willfully blind and negligent in their conclusions.
English

@cbcwatcher @JJNicholl I'm glad to see this but....so little, so late.

Peter Menzies 'Look, journalists job is to provide people, is to provide society with a shared understanding of the facts around which they can form their opinions and organize their lives."
"And right now we don't have a shared understanding of the facts around this issue."

Really helping out those comparisons to an abusive husband threatening his wife who wants to leave

@warhawk_109 @peteremcc @jengerson @CoryBMorgan Have not seen a single separatists that has their ears open. So if you want a friend get a dog

Wait, you want to *keep* the passport of a broken socialist hellhole?

Mr. Kenney is bullshitting.

@MBrant75 1 case of 24 bottles? 30 euros per 500ml.
Perhaps it was flown in from a glacier and hand-melted.
English

192€ Freshly squeezed orange juice for his Rome vacation.
Is that a lot?

English

@MBrant75 If a $16 orange juice gets a resignation, €192 orange juice should mean jail time
