Today was one of the hardest days. After having my little best friend for 15 1/2 years, Tonka, my Shih-Tzu, crossed over rainbow bridge. He was born Sept. 13th, 2010. He had NEVER been sick but the last several weeks, Congestive Heart Failure kicked in and between that and severe allergies making it even harder for him to breathe, he basically stopped eating. For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have been feeding him with a syringe. Last night when we went out he would not stand up. He had 2 accidents in his bed and was struggling more to breathe. I called the vet and they worked me in. My ex-gf and I took him and the vet confirmed that he was ready. I cried like a baby. This hit hard. He has gotten me through so many things in my life and I would always tell him that nothing could happen to him and he would give me kisses. Feeding a dog with a syringe is difficult but I did it for 2 1/2 weeks because I didn’t want to let him down. I love you little buddy and you will be missed something terrible. #Tonka #ShihTzu #MyBuddy #K9

TBH, I know him well enough to know he is human as we all are and shouldn’t be judged on this one thing. I am retired Law Enforcement and have never judged anyone for making mistakes because lord knows I’ve made plenty. And having pulled mangled bodies out of cars because of a driver under the influence, I still never judged the other person. It’s not for us to judge. We need to stand behind our own men and boost them up and not kick them when down ESPECIALLY after the fact that he’s owned up to it unlike many others who either tried to sweep it under the rug or never say anything at all.

To my family, colleagues and constituents. I am deeply sorry. I strive to be a man of good character, and my actions fell short last night. I will learn from this. I will do better. Elliott

What is really depressing and mind blowing is that, at least in my state (North Carolina)/county/school district, I have offered, suggested, begged for parents to let me setup a demonstration so THEY can see whath #3DResponse is all about. Let the parents see what will keep their kids safe during an active shooter incident. I have also offered to share the video we put together to show how our system would have allowed every child and teacher who lost their lives at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX, to have been able to go home at the end of the day. Not ONE parent has reached out to me. Not ONE group has reached out to me. THAT is troubling. I have lived that nightmare tWhat i wish on no parent. We are doing everything we can but we also need the helps of the parents. These are YOUR children. Hoping it won't happen is not going to keep them safe. Camera's will not keep them safe. Metal Detectors and A.I. Weapon Detection will NOT stop bullets when they are start flying. An installed 3D Response System WILL do this and get Law Enforcement there faster to address the threat faster. In addition, we have a #MentalHealth component to our system as well. Multi-Layered, Comprehensive system to give the stakeholders the tools needed to remain safe during an active shooter incident. What more can I do? Please, tell me. @3DResponseS @Linda_McMahon @POTUS @VP @caudill @GovRonDeSantis @GovKemp @NCLtGovernor @NC_Governor

As a parent, I want to speak directly to other parents heart to heart. Every morning we send our kids to school with backpacks full of dreams, trusting that they’ll come home safe. But in today’s world, hope alone isn’t enough. We have to be proactive. We have to demand better protection for the people who matter most to us. That’s why I believe every school should have 3D Response Systems. This isn’t about fear it’s about preparedness. 3D Response Systems gives schools the ability to respond immediately during a crisis. It provides real-time visibility, instant alerts, and clear communication so first responders and school staff aren’t guessing they’re acting with purpose and speed. Seconds matter, and this system saves them. As parents, we install car seats, lock doors, and teach our kids how to cross the street safely. Protecting them at school should be no different. Waiting until something happens is not an option. Prevention and rapid response are acts of love. Our children deserve classrooms where learning not survival is the focus. Teachers deserve tools that help them protect their students. Parents deserve peace of mind. If we truly believe our kids are our future, then safeguarding their schools must be a priority now, not later. Let’s stand together as parents and advocate for smarter, stronger school safety. Let’s make 3D Response Systems the standard, not the exception.@3DResponseS

@SassySouthern2U In 2012, it was 23%. My step-daughter's school had to do a fund raiser to get the A/C unit replaced on the roof of her Elementary School so when I asked about the lottery money, this was what I learned after digging into it.

North Carolina voters were sold a promise: 38% of lottery money would go to our schools. Now in 2025? It’s down to 16%. That’s not a shortfall — that’s a betrayal. Where is the rest of the money going, and why are our students paying the price? If the lottery isn’t funding education like promised, then it’s time to call it what it is: a broken system that needs real accountability. Our kids deserve better. #NCPublicSchools #FollowTheMoney ednc.org/1-21-2026-nort…

Red has always been a pillar of strength for his community, and now he needs our support. His fight against lung cancer is tough, and the costs of treatment are overwhelming. Please consider donating or sharing his story to help him get the care he needs. Every bit counts. gofund.me/7ad3e782a Red has been in several spaces learning more and more about 3D Response and has written some letters that went out to help promote 3D Response. While doing this, he is also fighting another battle. If you are able, please help him out. If you cannot monetarily, please just share. And thank you!

facebook.com/share/v/1C6sNK… #ForsythCountySheriffsOffice Deputy Kaleb Mitchell tragically lost his life on the morning of March 7, 2026 only minutes after checking on duty for the day to go back up a deputy on Midnight shift when a 19 year old hispanic male driving in excess of 100mph crossed the center line and struck Deputy Mitchell's Patrol Vehicle. Deputy Mitchell leaves behind a wife who is 5 months pregnant, a 2 year old son and a family as well as a family in blue. The service was beautiful and sadly I have been to several Law Enforcement death funerals but this one was unbelievable. This has hit our Law Enforcement community hard. My request to all of you is that if you see a Law Enforcement Officer, a Fire Fighter, EMS/Paramedic, stop them and tell them "Thank you!" This incident hit all of them hard. When we sign up for any of these professions we learn to compartmentalize scenes that we are subjected to. We can't show emotion so we build walls. Walls that later on in life become an issue in our personal lives and if you have never worked in these fields, you can't say "I understand." because you do not. Counselors can't help us unless they have done this job and/or experienced whatever it is they are trying to counsel on. And people wonder why we keep things inside. It is simply because the ones we are supposed to lean on, spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, do not understand and it's not their fault and it's hard to talk to someone knowing they don't understand because we get weird looks or "deer in the headlight" looks and responses or the lack of. The least you can do is thank them for what they do and have done. That means more than you know and you never know what they are struggling with on the inside until it's too late. #LawEnforcement #EMS #FireFighter #Paramedic #MentalHealth #KalebMitchellFCSO #FCSOKalebMitchell #B134KalebMitchell #FCSO #ForsythCountySheriffsOffice

With #3dResponse, Law Enforcement would have been notified in less than 60 seconds, the school on lockdown and the suspect marked as the suspect in less than 60 seconds. Possibly apprehending him sooner than later. This man is originally from Iraq and became a naturalized US Citizen in 2022 and changed his name. Want to know more? Contact me at JCox@3dresponse.com When are people going to open their eyes and actually protect our kids? It's a matter of time people and NOT if. And pay attention to his name change.
