Whe you make intoxicant THC illegal, you don’t create a shadow hemp market, because there’s this thing called cannabis, which already has existing markets. Now if the state made the licenses more accessible for sale, grow, and consumption, there wouldn’t be a problem at all.

Respectfully, your answer doesn’t clarify things. “Not a single dollar more” is not the same as “ABOLISH ICE”. Especially as its current budget is already $29 BILLION. Can you please say either 1) YES, we should Abolish ICE or 2) NO, we should not Abolish ICE.

My position on abolishing Trump's ICE is clear: Not a single dollar more for Kristi Noem, ICE, and her rogue agents. That’s why I’m fighting the DHS appropriations bill this week. The Sun-Times covered it in their story last weekend.

The same @ICEgov officer attacked yesterday was dragged in June by a child sexual predator trying to evade an immigration enforcement arrest. He suffered severe injuries and required 33 stitches. ICE officers put their lives on the line every day to defend American communities.

During a traffic stop in Bloomington, Minnesota, Munoz refused to exit his vehicle. He tried to flee law enforcement and put his car in drive while the ICE officer still had his arm inside the vehicle, dragging the officer approximately 50 yards. Thankfully, the officer is expected to make a full recovery. Under Governor Tim Walz, this criminal illegal alien was living in Minnesota without consequence.

I was briefed this morning on the U.S. military capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, as well as their planned imprisonment in federal custody here in New York City. Unilaterally attacking a sovereign nation is an act of war and a violation of federal and international law. This blatant pursuit of regime change doesn’t just affect those abroad, it directly impacts New Yorkers, including tens of thousands of Venezuelans who call this city home. My focus is their safety and the safety of every New Yorker, and my administration will continue to monitor the situation and issue relevant guidance.
