As someone with a son on the spectrum. Every kid on the spectrum is special, this isn't taking away from any of them. People are born somewhere on this range, and luck/god determines where they land, but some parents have a narrow window to guide their kids into the Brilliance Zone through early intervention, diet, and environment. That's the sweet spot where the likes of Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Vitalik live. Autistic enough that the brain is wired differently, but not so autistic that you can't function socially and actually deliver on that brilliance.

@CardilloSamuel running this complex inbox triage agent for a client (lots of RFQs, quoting etc..) and switching to gemini for cost cutting made the decisions retarded. sonnet 5 does ok. frontier just hit everything out of the park.

@4484 i don’t know, I don’t really use comparison this way - and there is already tons of available benchmarks. what i care about is if the model can do the job it is required to do. and qwen 3.6 can do most, if not all, things that businesses i helped have had needed to do.

you do not need frontier ai for everything you do. as a consumer, sure, have fun. but as a business? not really. a marketing department, an accounting team, … they do not need fable. what they need is availability, trust in the weight being used (frontier lab quantize/change the weight continuously to mitigate peak hour usage), trust that the model they’re using isn’t going to be deprecated in few months. and on top of that, token control. as a business, if you pay api usage, you literally can’t predict your bill. it might go up, it might go down. sure you can limit your employees usage but you don’t control the api pricing. so the only way you they make money is by making their customers pay for the tokens. that’s wrong. local ai fix all of this.

you must believe you are special and then go so hard, for so long, with such violent refusal to accept any other ending, that reality itself starts running out of ways to tell you no. you must wage a war daily against the ordinary outcome, until the belief you invented out of nothing in a room by yourself has been hammered into the world so many times that it stops being a claim and becomes reality.

seeing that a lot of “AI agents” being sold to businesses are still just bots with a cheap LLM in front of them. some providers do not know how to build systems that can actually reason across context, use tools, take action, and handle failure states. and most buyers cannot yet tell the difference.

We're rolling out a small tweak to boost visibility of your posts to your mutuals (people who you follow back). We noticed this data was missing from the algo and it made your friends appear less in your replies. This resulted in the reply section feeling more like a battleground with people you don't recognize. This should also help clusters form around interests more easily, which many people have asked for.

no actually tokenising ETFs like spx are a much easier problem to solve at scale because trust implicitly higher see stablecoin network effects
Rani Haddad@4484

@Route2FI the problem is liquidity but also trust/insurance. such a difficult problem to solve at scale

@4484 @Route2FI these things have been solved at scale, you just need to use them off chain where they belong

Can I use onchain stocks (Ondo, xStocks, etc.) as collateral anywhere yet? Let's say I want to hold the S&P 500 as collateral and borrow stablecoins.
