late for supper

I believe in the freedom song. Long live liberty.

Best example I can think of is a commission based sales job. Kids don’t want them these days. They want hourly pay. You show me someone willing to take a commission only job and I’ll show you someone who will retire early in life. You only get paid on what you produce. In an hourly job you’re limited by the hours available. It’s not scalable. If you create or sell it is scalable. For instance, write a New York Times best seller or develop the next gadget. It pays while you eat, drink, and sleep. There is a lot of risk but the Boomers took risk.

The unfortunate consequences for Europe of the last month will reverberate for decades.

The Minnesota State Patrol is now operating together with DHS and have been granted the right to use maximum force to keep the peace. They took the gloves off and the protesters on BlueSky are blackpilling over this unexpected turn of events.

Some importanta rebuttal points: 1. We created the concept of a nation where the citizens are sovereign. You did not. In fact, we fled your embrace of serfdom in order to be free. 2. Europe has been essentially dead since WWI. You stopped creating beauty, art, stunning architecture and a culture the world envied in favor of nihilism, brutalism, Marxism, fascism and genocide. Then, out of guilt, you decided to commit cultural suicide and import your own conquerors. You have been coasting on fumes for over 100 years while we (the USA) have propped you up. 3. How can you lead the "free world" when you are among the least free peoples on Earth?

The War on Pete Hegseth needs to end. The smear campaign exists because Hegseth is an existential threat to the status quo of the failed defense establishment. What they characterize as his weaknesses are actually his strengths. My latest in American Greatness. amgreatness.com/2025/12/05/the…

Democrats caused an affordability crisis through reckless spending that led to record inflation and hurt the American people. President Trump’s policies of deregulation and private-sector growth are reversing this trend. Inflation is curving down, real incomes are rising, and America is recovering.

Jane Jacobs devoted her entire intellectual life to the daring proposition that the west village is a nice place to live

Thanks to President Trump, we are indeed working on The 50 year Mortgage - a complete game changer.
