@ShawnRyan762 I don’t disagree both sides can come together and have a discussion . What I do disagree with is when you don’t push back and ask the hard questions of challange them on opposing views . You are interviewing people , you just sit there and let them talk.

There’s constant banter, but very few real solutions.

How you can make a transformation like this:
- Calories 500+ below maintenance
- Protein around .75x Bodyweight (lbs)
- Fats at maybe .25x Bodyweight (lbs)
- Carbs fill in the rest (HEAVY CARB BIAS = KEY)
- Proper/intelligent resistance training 3-5x a week
- Sleep as much as you need per night (for some, 6-6.5 hours will do…for others 7.5-8+ will be needed)
- Hydrate
- Minimize life stress
- Be patient
