@ODEONCinemas trying to buy tickets(t) with vouchers(v). The site is appalling, and the lack of live chat is unhelpful.Took nearly 30 min to understand v come b4 choosing t type. A little msg on site would be useful.
Then enter the v and only 1 works(w).
Use the app and all w.
🚨 Its a Win! 🚨

@SouthernRailUK - Have a smartcard, new ticket starts tomorrow. Card readers typically off at Ashtead in morning, and many evenings. App only for older android. What should I do to get ticket on the smartcard?
@99tractorboy Hi there - if possible, you can speak to a member of staff at a manned station or to a member of staff on-board. They will be able to assist you to upload your ticket onto your card. ^Hannah
@Plusnet@plusnethelp - do you have service issues current in Ashtead, Surrey.
Would have logged in, but got lost in your web site, and then it was saying it was too busy
@darrenjaundrill@RFU@RFU_Refs@RugbyRefsUnion I'd agree re snapshot, although point of contact at point of tackle or riding up during the tackle is something that is factual, and therefore valid as a snapshot item.
Would you agree that the base of the sternum is below the sponsors logo?
@99tractorboy@RFU Nothing wrong with tackle though I would warn against taking a freeze frame and judging purely on that or using to prove a case either way. Those officiating look at the complete sequence, in context, not in isolation. That's why we have laws not rules

Law Variations Approved to Lower Tackle Height in Community Rugby Union in England from 1 July

@pineconeschris@RFU The new law is to tackle below the base of the sternum, is it not?
Based on the other player I'd say the base of the sternum is below the sponsor logo, would you agree?
@Bamsey_Bach@RFU_Refs@NorthDorsetRFC Just put your head where it will hurt. It doesn't look like the tackler was in a good position to make the tackle, so maybe shouldn't have!?
First we had photos... now it's videos 📸➡️📹
Here's the first of many video quizzes we're releasing over the next few weeks🗓️
The question; legal or illegal? Just like our photo quiz! Take a look, have a go, and share it across your Rugby Network

@Robertrmorris70@nowellsy15 I'd say it is laws and how they are having to implement is the problem. The officials have to do things the way they are told.
Nothing wrong with the tweet not the referee. It's the rfu and the laws that need changing, just not the tackle height, but lots of other areas.
@nowellsy15 The standard of referees is dropping season by season and the game is loosing fans because of it. The old guard are afraid to modernise and stifling our game
Been a weird old couple of days hasn’t it everyone! I try to be open and honest with my social media and I am sorry if my frustrations of the game currently came across disrespectful to our match officials, I certainly won’t be tweeting again. Thank you for all your support❤️
@99tractorboy@RFU How is that illegal?? It is a textbook example of the new height!! I think half the objections to the new laws are from people believing what they think they are, rather than what they actually are.
@ChristoferinMK@RFU The contact is well above the base of the sternum. No doubt it's a safe tackle, but definitely not legal with the new definition.
What would have been more sensible would have been head position at point of contact.
@pineconeschris@RFU It's well above the base of the sternum, and the attacker player has a slight body bend and bent knees.
The real point is that a perfectly safe tackle is being removed from the game for no benefit to anyone.
@RFU That's probably 1000s of older forwards now quitting the game. I feel abit higher would have been fine. Say nipple area. This will be fine for younger players but the senior game is going to be affected massively.
