@TSA Really nice job getting through Orlando. Less than 30 seconds to get through TSA. Great staffing and customer service.

@SouthwestAir So, I finally get through baggage check and I talked to the employee, checking my bags. They stated they are constantly asking for more staffing at baggage check because they know it’s such poor customer service, but nobody listens to them. Come on Southwest.

@7eleven Store 36690 in Maitland Florida has had a broken ice machine for almost 4 weeks. Staff states maintenance is non-responsive. Come on you all. Fix this!
